Excellent ubication. The view from the window is awesome. Very clean very quiet. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing I do not like is the shower. It obligated you to wash the hair. The transportation is Puerto montt is not convenient. To choose a hotel near every thing is very important

Yes, the room had a great view of the ocean and downtown Puerto Montt.
This property has seen better days. The room seems a bit worn and although comfortable, very basic with no added amenities.
I had continuous hot water, a smoking terrace so you didn't have to go out the front (very important since Puerto Montt- especially at night- can be dangerous) and a buffet style breakfast.
