近巴士站，非常方便，地方整潔，早餐豐富，晚餐也不錯，值得推介，唯獨WiFi，不是簡單密碼，要入資料，好麻煩，搞了多次都失敗！

Excellent ubication. The view from the window is awesome. Very clean very quiet. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing I do not like is the shower. It obligated you to wash the hair. The transportation is Puerto montt is not convenient. To choose a hotel near every thing is very important

Encontrar el estacionamiemto fue un poco complicado. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio. Hay que pagar por el eatacionamiento. Mi vuelo salia antes que las puertas del estacionamiento abriera, por lo que tuve que coordinar con la administracion del hotel y la administracion del estacionamiento para poder sacar mi carro antes de la hora de apertura. Afortunadamente todo salio muy bien.

Standard pour un Ibis. Il mériterait cependant un rafraîchissement des couloirs ! Le quartier craint un petit peu et le parking a 200, ce n’est pas terrible et surtout payant pas sympa du tout…

Nuestra experiencia fue buena, una sola noche, lo único que puedo recomendar una conexión a internet más rápida, era pésima.

Definitely the best option in Puerto Montt. Clean, well-managed, great location, grocery store just downstairs and steps to buses everywhere in Chile.

Dizia ter estacionamento, mas não disseram na reserva que fechava as 21h como chegamos depois dessa hora tivesses que deixar o carro a 800 m.

Tudo certo. Chegamos às 2 da madrugada e havia atenderte para nos receber. Ponto fraco é o sinal de Internet nos quartos. Localização ótima

No estacionamiento

Hotel muy básico. El monto fijado por la app fue distinto al llegar al hotel. No se especifca que monto que aparecía en un principio era para extranjeros. Chilenos era mas caro.

Decent hotel for the price Comfortable enough room /bed Restaurant windows were dirty. There is a sort of a outdoor space that is not accessible but not a good sight to look at Dirty, no maintenance !

Solid hotel. Great view of the lake! Very clean. Newer or updated recently. Rooms were decent sized. Breakfast was square. Location is right on the lake and next to the bus station. Great value for the price
