The hotel was sublime. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Very quiet noise-wise. But the best thing was the staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way. We will definitely return to Chile because of our wonderful experience and make sure that we’ll stay here in Santiago or at the Singular in Patagonia. Thank you for everything, Singular team!!

O hotel é cuidadoso e receptivo da hora que você chega até a hora que vai embora. É um hotel que entrega uma experiência que não me lembro de ter recebido. Gostamos de viajar e faço escolha por hotéis bem avaliados, mas no caso do Singular mesmo sabendo da boa reputação, fomos surpreendidos por uma atenção sem igual, do lanche para o passeio cedo, a preparação do café, tudo feito com pessoas felizes, eu fiquei com vontade de trabalhar no Singular para ter essa alegria. A mensagem que o hotel passa é que quem administra sabe o que está fazendo. O hotel é magnífico, impecável e muito agradável de se hospedar.

From the moment I arrived at The Singular, I knew I was in for something special. The attention to detail and level of service were truly unmatched. I didn’t have to touch a single door handle my entire stay! Every staff member anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. The rooms were elegant and perfectly maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel struck a perfect balance between luxury and warmth. The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of Santiago, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere — fresh, refined, and beautifully presented. My stay at The Singular was effortless from start to finish, and I left already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for understated elegance and world-class service in the heart of the city.
