Great room services, delicious breakfast.

Hotel is great. Staff at check in was knowledgeable. They speak perfect English and procedure was smooth and very quick. Room is big enough with a nice view. Bathroom was perfectly clean with all amenities which you may need. Bed was comfortable and pillows was soft. Nice gesture was complimentary bottle of water.

Hotel was good but felt like it was abandoned. Pool closed and surrounds all closed down and construction going on. Often at breakfast more staff than customers. in the bar only one choice of beer and very little else. Staff were friendly but the whole experience was strange

When we first went to our room after a smooth 17:30 check in, there was a repairman there who still needed to finish a task. We had to return to the lobby to be assigned another room. The front desk personnel were helpful and even accompanied us on the elevator to our new room. Unfortunately, the new room was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand soap.

Convenient if you are going to stay in the Binjiang area.

This hotel provided excellent service in English. The building was a bit old and the decor needed some updating but it was a great value.

I stopped for one night for flight connection and I was surpised by the quality of personnel professionalism and care. The customer service manager Yoanna was superb in her assistance and efficiency. For sure I will use the same hotel during next trips.

No English speaking staff, unable to process the simplest request. Poor AC never below 26c in my room.

There many nice facilities surrounding the hotel. The area is safe and quiet.

The hotel is quite old(you can tell from the wear and tare) breakfast was ok but not a lot of options. The staffs all seem to have some sort of attitude. They say it’s from 6:30, but you can’t find staffs working most of the time. And no want cleans the tables so 90% of empty seats have left over food, it’s bad. Room itself was good, got upgraded, not so bad for its price. But cigarette smells in the elevator and lobby/conference area was a huge turn off. They have smoking rooms, so I guess those people just don’t give a damn and decide to smoke wherever they want, and staffs can really care less. The toilet was badly clogged, it takes 4 drains to flush. Overall comfortable for a weekend stay, but won’t expect a lot. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful though.

appalling!!! Had to take my luggage up to the hotel room myself. No one spoke a singe word of english. They did not know what what ice is!!! No communication skills at all. would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel. When i arrived at the hotel i booked for 2 nights, they said they only has a booking for 1 night.
