環境好服務佳 住宿離地鐵大約步行8分鐘 還算不錯

老酒店了，店内许多设施比较陈旧了，周边维护不是太好。酒店WIFI也时有时无的。当然，位置还是不错的，交通也算比较方便。作为短暂停留，还是可选的。性价比，只能说一般

房间舒适整洁，空间很大。服务专业热情，处处为客人着想。交通便利，地段繁华。设施齐全。餐饮方便。非常推荐。

本来入住前在好订网上定的是含三人免费早餐的套间，一到酒店变成了只有双人份的早餐了，沟通后还是只能给二人早餐。好订网客服无法接通。

酒店整体不错，给人带来一点惊喜，窗子望出去就是钱塘江，非常漂亮，被子也非常清洁，早餐丰盛，就是离我在杨梅岭过去有点远，这天我去杭州玩一整天都堵在路上，也没有时间玩，然后就为住宿问题奔波，堵心，后来好订网帮我落实了杭州龙禧朋喜来登酒店，还是比较满意，下次去杭州还会入住该酒店。

房間滿大的，床很大很舒服，早餐選擇多但口味比較一般，整體價位偏高，但大致跟SPG系列飯店住宿價位相仿

住的是套房，环境优雅，安静，整洁。酒店位置离萧山国际机场较近。

Overall good but need to improve on: The room is too cold, 20c degree and the aircontioner is can not heat and need to get a separate heater.

Nice place overall

Great room services, delicious breakfast.

Hotel is great. Staff at check in was knowledgeable. They speak perfect English and procedure was smooth and very quick. Room is big enough with a nice view. Bathroom was perfectly clean with all amenities which you may need. Bed was comfortable and pillows was soft. Nice gesture was complimentary bottle of water.

Hotel was good but felt like it was abandoned. Pool closed and surrounds all closed down and construction going on. Often at breakfast more staff than customers. in the bar only one choice of beer and very little else. Staff were friendly but the whole experience was strange
