It was really good stay...especially I remember a kind satff who helped me to get a taxi when I checked out.
My flying time was early morning so I need to get a taxi get to the airport.
I don't speak chinese at all so she asked taxi driver about fares and how to get a receipt for me. More than 30mins, She was with me in cold weather and helped me. I really appreciate that.
The staff name may be "Mister" as I remember.
Anyhow I will stay again when I get to Suzhou and highly recommend this hotel.

飯店員工態度都非常好；從房內往外望，即可看到湖畔景色，雖然不是特別壯闊，但整體的住房感受仍是不錯。這次非常可惜的地方，因為是一個非常匆忙的出差行程，加上又是第一次來到蘇州這一個印象中的古城區，除了沒辦法好好感受飯店的各項設施外，也沒辦法好好的去一些景點遊覽! 下次再有機會來，會好好欣賞蘇州、及飯店設施。
