I booked Indigo for celebrate my birthday.They upgrade my room to the top floor. When I open the door, I saw a bottle of wine with birthday cake and card. Very thoughtful and surprise! I have a great experience in Indigo. Thank you

訂的行政房，有非常棒的河景，附近外灘也很好散步欣賞風景，而樓下行李服務員賈先生真的超讚，服務很有熱忱、誠摯盡職，真的幫忙很多。唯一不足的是馬桶周圍有一股味道。

Nice room, nice service, nice view. Just the location is a bit far from the centre of The Bund. 5 mints taxi or 20 mins walking distance.

訂了三間二晚的江景房，在房型介紹中都是含有浴缸的，結果二間房間沒有，櫃檯人員還說本來就不一定有浴缸！找出在房間介紹的內容後，才說隔天要幫我升等到有浴缸的房間！
拜託好不好，原本就應該有的，何來升等！根本就在欺騙消費者！這樣有名的飯店！卻是如此作為！差評！

一入住馬桶塞，洗手盆去水唔好，風筒連接櫃桶不能拿出，對於女生超級唔方便，沖涼房沒有可放衣服的地方。唯一ok的就是食物好吃！

The view is great, but the hotel management is worst.
1. Check in speed is very slow, check out also, a it impolite, gave me a printing without ink for me to check the bill.
2. Asked the house keeping send me the water, but they miss it.
3. Asking send me back my laundry pack, but they are very impolite and said it's not the time to send back, they will has their own arrangements.
4. The cleaning is worst, so many dirty things in the bathtub and the shower area after they clean my room.
5. They didn't fill the tea and slippers.
6. The staff in the restaurant just keep talking in the group, without take care of the guests, many table need to ask very loudly otherwise they won't come to you.

位置优越，就在外滩边，风景超赞，早晨可以到外滩边晨跑，周围好吃的餐厅也很多。但是酒店的接待能力有限，比如餐厅很小，早餐要排队。总体来说体验感很强。
