Great location within walking distance of the National park. The airport transportation from the airport to the hotel was very useful, as I arrived in the evening. As I arrived at the hotel, I had help planning my two days in Zhangjiajie - national park and Tianmen mountain. The help I got was invaluable and made the stay that much better.

Young man at check in was very helpful and took care of us. Property is very clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent and location is perfect for stroll and shopping. Quiet at night. Very nice stay and would DEFINITELY return.

This property is in a fantastic location right along the river, with a beautiful mountain backdrop and a lively street that's perfect for an evening stroll. It's within walking distance of plenty of dining options, from local street food vendors to excellent restaurants. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated in a traditional Chinese style. We especially loved the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the river. The bathroom included a bidet, but keep in mind that toilet paper should not be flushed, as it can clog the plumbing. The hotel also offers a very convenient private airport pickup service, which made our arrival stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast each morning. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to visit Zhangjiajie National Park, as it's only about 15 minutes away.

What a beautiful hotel, we were welcomed warmly by the staff from the airport ( pick-up was free) and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was also upgraded for free. We loved our stay in the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. 😊

Great service! we were allowed to check in early, and even had a room upgrade! we didn't know where to start exploring zhang jia jie and the nature park and was promptly guided based on the number of days we had planned. everything was arranged - itinerary, cable car rides, how to get from point to point, excellent! room was in great condition - clean, lots of amenities, and fantastic view. breakfast was plenty good too. kudos to the team for your curated service and ensuring we've had a worry-free stay and experience. Would recommend for those who wish to visit the national forest park to stay here.

Great location and beautiful room, friendly staff that speak English, the breakfast is delicious. I will note that the name Lee's doesn't come up on the chinese maps, so it may be hard to first locate. Search the name Muzitang instead

The room had a charming feel to it, was spotless and very spacious. All staff was accommodating, very polite and helped with any enquiry we had. The whole hotel had a beautiful old style decor and great location. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again

We stayed three nights and had a fabulous time. The view from our balcony was beautiful and the location is extremely convenient!
