Lee's Boutique Resort

Great location and beautiful room, friendly staff that speak English, the breakfast is delicious. I will note that the name Lee's doesn't come up on the chinese maps, so it may be hard to first locate. Search the name Muzitang instead

The room had a charming feel to it, was spotless and very spacious. All staff was accommodating, very polite and helped with any enquiry we had. The whole hotel had a beautiful old style decor and great location. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again

We stayed three nights and had a fabulous time. The view from our balcony was beautiful and the location is extremely convenient!

Clean room and great breakfast! The staff are extremely kind and this is a great option for staying in the center of Wulingyuan.

Lee’s is a cute and somewhat quirky (in a good way) hotel. They are very helpful with recommendations and making reservations and providing general information about activities. They also helped us book our English speaking tour guide, who was very knowledgeable. The rooms are unique. Ours had a tree in it and a painted ceiling. I would recommend friends and family to stay there.

Rooms were very unique, and we loved this quirky little place. The hotel staff (all 3 of them) were delightful, and the location is great. Would have liked to know: 1) the hotel is located down a very narrow alley, and hard for larger cars to get to (better to have them drop you down the street); 2) we had some problems with A/C, sometimes worked great and other times not so much; 3) breakfast is cooked to order, you just check off what you want the night before.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lee’s Boutique Hotel in Zhangjiajie! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The hotel’s location is perfect—just steps away from the vibrant night market, the art performance center, shops, and a variety of fantastic restaurants. The homemade breakfast was a delightful start to each day, healthy and delicious options. The staff went above and beyond by recommending several amazing activities around the area, which helped us plan our itinerary efficiently. Thanks to their advice, we managed to see all the must-visit spots in just two days. One unique highlight was the hotel’s impressive collection of traditional outfits that guests can try on for free—such a fun and memorable experience! We also highly recommend booking a local tour guide, either Chinese or English-speaking, as it truly saves time and enhances your exploration of Zhangjiajie. Overall, Lee’s Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We strongly recommend this charming boutique hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Great value for the price, unique hotel with a strong identity, family owned, great service

I had an amazing stay at Lee’s Boutique! The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me with navigating the city and all the parks I wanted to go. The area around the property was also very nice and quiet. I highly recommend going here!

This hotel is ideally located for exploring this beautiful, green part of China called Zhangjiajie. It's only a 12 minutes walk to the 'East Gate' entrance to the amazing National Forest Park where one of the highlights is the Avatar Mountain. The hotel is very closed to many eateries as well as the Grand Threater (the nightly show is a must) with huge rooms even for China standard and all the staff are very friendly and will attend to your every needs. Highly recommend.

Charming old world ambience, with modern western style bathroom. The only problem was lack of air conditioning. The staff was excellent, fair english, lots of attention. The hotel driver to and from airport was outstanding. Staffs suggestion for dinner was excellent. They helped contact the tour guide who was late to arrive. View of the river was perfect

I was very fortunate to find this hotel. I Love Lee's Boutique Resort. My room was a corner room to look out of both sides of the room. It had a huge bath tub (which is important to me), especially the staff was very accommodating. They arranged all the tours and transportation that I wanted. I think this particular hotel provided everything that was the reason for me to come to China in the first place.

Beautiful property with river views, conveniently located and staff/owners are very welcoming and courteous. A few aspects of the room are a bit dated and mini fridge in the room didn’t work well, but that didn’t bother us. Tasty breakfast and bottled water always available.

The services I got from this hotel has to be the best in all of the hotels I have stayed ever. From the questions I had even before arriving in Zhangjiajie, they were responded to in a timely manner and I felt the genuine urge to help. Even when I arrived, I felt the enthusiasm to help me plan my trip. I was even upgraded to a room with a view. Breakfast was also very good and huge portions. It is also just a 20 minute walk away from one of the Zhangjiajie park entrances which was really convenient. I would just say that it was hard to find the hotel (if you are using western apps).

Beautiful views from the balcony of the mountains and river. Close to food and shops. Only hard part was getting directions for didi to location as it is off the Main Street. Might be helpful to use the name of the restaurant on the corner next to the bridge to give to didi driver
