北京泛太平洋酒店

Good location, right smack in the city. My check in was delayed even though it state 2pm and i checked in at 2. So had to wait till 3 to get a clean room. Came back at 3 and they said it was not ready. Anyway one of the manager came in and saved the day and gave me a room immediately. The only grief was that because i used my non chinese card to enter china, i had to re register my hotel card every evening after i get back.. it is quite inconvenient for me. Saving grace was Nathan, bell boy who went the extra mile to help me retrieve my delivery from the delivery box as i wasnt able to do so.. i think its not the same 5 star pan pacific experience as i would expect but overall it was a good stay. The reception staff probably needs a lot more training. I

房間乾淨舒適，早餐普通，一樓大廳無沙發供旅客乘坐休息。

第一天浴室用品已經不齊，沒有沐浴露、拖鞋牙刷也不齊，要跟他們說才給我們。另外每日補給的浴室用品總會遺留的地方。感覺對客戶不上心 另外，第一天晚上我們都給熱醒了，室內溫度是27度，空氣十分不流通，但已經半夜了，我們只好繼續睡。到了第二天晚上還是這樣，叫了維修人員來看來看，他說因為酒店開了暖氣，要他們關了才會有空調，這麼熱要人怎麼睡，還好他關了暖氣才涼一點，不然都不用睡了！ 還有，房間的電話也是壞的，每次打電話去客服，對話都斷斷續續的，根本聽不清對方在說什麼！

酒店大堂太小，前台办事效率太低太慢。其他还可以，房间夠大，但是酒店地下停车场太贵，住客也只能半价优惠，西单太堵了，不会再住这里了。

Stay 6nights at hotel. Very good location surrounded by shopping Centers and breakfast is good as well.

The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location, close to many popular attractions, trendy shopping malls, and traditional Beijing residential areas. The staff are exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were fully met. I would especially like to mention Mr. 宋大明 (Mr. Song Daming). As foreigners, we had difficulty booking tickets to some museums, but Mr. Song patiently helped us plan our visits and made the bookings with us. Thanks to his thoughtful and dedicated assistance, our trip to Beijing was much more enjoyable and fulfilling. Thank you, Mr. Song!

スタッフは非常に親切です。老人や子供がいたので事前に部屋のことについてメールでやり取りしましたが、レスポンスも早く、対応も非常によかったです。部屋も清潔で、交通の便もよかったです。アリペイを利用したレンタル自転車の使い方や、タクシーの予約に手間取った時も素早く親切に対応していただきました。また北京に来る機会があったら利用したいと思います。

The bed was so hard I was tempted to sleep on the sofa. I ended up using the extra pillows as a makeshift “mattress” just to be able to sleep. Otherwise, the room I had was spacious and clean. There were strange noises, almost like loud banging in the pipes in the mornings and evenings, but only for short periods. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might be a good idea to request a room located away from the main pipes. Very friendly staff, who spoke barely any English, but with translation apps, it’s no problem at all. The location is great, with shopping centers nearby, and with a Starbucks right outside, your morning coffee is saved ;)
