The hotel locates in a island park with beautiful scenery yet close to the heart of city. Facility is above standard and well maintained although not brand new. Take a walk in the park after meal, breath deeply and listen to birds singing in the lake, you can totally relaxed for the day. Minor defect is only one restaurant in the hotel. However, you always got choices in downtown area.

Quality of room decoration and provisions are good. But the sound proof is not good enough when someone were talking outside my room. It’s quite annoying. Moreover the food quality and taste of the breakfast and the Chinese restaurant are below standard. Considering food quality it’s not 5 star standard.

入住时期正是金砖会议前夕，各方面的安保工作都很仔细，给厦门点赞，给铂尔曼酒店点赞，房间很舒适，而且很安静，旁边的白鹭洲风景很好，适合饭后散步，交通方便，适合商务出差，下次还会继续选择铂尔曼。

We have trouble to locate a taxi in the city as we do not have any online payment app such as wechat payment or alipay installed. Even if we bump into an emptied taxi, the driver declined to drive us coz we do not have electronic payment account. We proposed to pay by cash, the driver declined as he didn't have any change for cash payment. We ended up calling the hotel concierge to arrange pick up for us.
For the rest of our stay, we just take local transport as it'd be much easier to get by than taxi.

Spacious and clean room. Very quite and nice place nearby the hotel which is public city park on an island. Very good experience to rent a bicycle to have a city ride. Xiamen is a nice place for touring
