Very enjoyable. Nice location. Metro line 2 is now open (25/12/19) and the station is quite close.. Hubin zhong lu zhan. Be aware WIFI. Whilst it is fine while it works, it can be a royal pain to get it working, especially after a day or two.. IF YOUR PHONE/PC SAYS IT HAS WIFI, BUT NO WIFI. This is really frustrating. The reason is... (a) the wifi has a sign-in room page, but (b) getting this page to fire up at all is painful, and (c) the page often half appears but will not load fully. (d) when you finally get this far, then select the room option not the phone. The problem is that the wifi says it is connected, but (a) (b) and (c) (and (d)) are additional problems. There is most definitely a fault or glitch... my PC did it, my phone did it, my wife's chinese phone did it. It can take 30 mins of frustration to fix it, so get ready to be patient!!!!! After ten days we just about figured out a way.... click "forget network" when it fails. If the sign-in page still only half-opens then click "open in browser" in "settings", then go to room guest. It sure is annoying... a waste of time... exacerbated by the system being a daily re-sign type.... so it constantly is cutting you off each day and you have to log on again. When you're there for 10 days... sigh!!!!!

Quite accessible to popular places of interest via taxi. Most about 15mins.

Staff was super nice and the room was great.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing is that, the mini fridge in my room is locked so I could not use it. One thing I would like to highlight is that they offers many kinds of pillow and the guest can choose without paying a fee. During our stay, I requested extra mineral water and plaster，the staff sent them to my room very fast. Really appreciate their high service level.

Unable to sleep well as the room temperature was too warm and no air conditioning could be provided. The hotel claimed this was the policy issued by the city during the winter.

very small hotel with very cold indoor swimming pool. still new and clean. nice lake to have evening walks. nothing special, nothing great. four stars for me because no grand entrance.

In general, a nice hotel to stay.

It was my first time staying with Pullman Hotel in Xiamen, I did not have much time to explore its surrounding nor its facility, but I am generally happy with the room condition. Nothing to complain about, but I didn't rate it a 5 because it wasn't as innovative as Indigo Hotel in Xiamen.

A high quality great value hotel with fantastic facilities and service

habits of what appears to be the strict following of Chinese government rules that delay check in and check out and frustrate paying customers. why they can't think on their own and create a pleasurable experience for their customers is just confusing to me. Worse than any other Chinese hotel I have stayed; and that list is long.

Nice hotel and good facilities at convenient location. A bit pricey but value for $.

hotel crew mentioned that AC can only cool up to 21 in the blazing hot summer; sent maintenance guys more than 2 times and changed rooms. hotel is also far away from must see areas and hard to get a taxi.
