很好view很好但附近沒什麼商店，附近環境優美

酒店刚开业不到两年，硬件还可以，但距离国际五星标准还有差距，没有配置咖啡机是最大缺憾。只有速溶咖啡提供，但每天都需要向前台打电话才给补充。

住宿品質很好，窗外景觀賞心，地理位置較偏，附近沒有商店。

New hotel, all along Shangri la style, but location too far, nothing outside, cheap decoration materials using in the room and corridor with poor workmanship, the horrible is the both Chinese restaurant and all day dining, food worst and cheap, service is zero, wait for 30mins to pay the bill, all staff around one table but do nothing, they don't know what they need to.do and how to do..

Excellent Basis to get around Harbin. Kind people.

Hotel staff was very helpful in organising our activities. We needed to purchase additional suitcases and they even guided us through an online purchase which was in Mandarin. Breakfast selection was brilliant. Perfect location.

Personal muy amable

The room smelled a little like smoke and was not the cleanest. However the staff is awesome and the property has multiple restaurants.

It is a great experience to live here. Nice staff and quite.

Very disappointing, requested for non smoking room during booking, and re-emphasized for non smoking room at the front desk, but still being given a room with strong smoking smell. Very very bad experience and will not visit again.

Nice large room with floor to ceiling view of the river and ice sculpture park. It’s pretty doggone cold so when not out at an attraction, hanging at the hotel was the best option. Food was ok in both restaurants we tried. I’m leaving this review a few months after and only recall being comfortable and well accommodated. Would recommend.
