Hotel maravilhoso. Equipe super atenciosa, fomos extremamente bem tratados. As instalações e os quartos são perfeitos e superou a expectativa.

The staff here is the most helpful, polite, and hospitable staff that I have encountered at a hotel in my life. The check in was very smooth and they even arranged pick up and drop off from and to the train station, which was seamless. The rooms were very clean, as well as the bathroom. And the location is prime, right by the South Gate, 3 min walk to central tower, and a Luckin Coffee right next door.

Ótima experiência! Todos os funcionários muito solícitos. Acomodação muito confortável. Café da manhã excelente! Ótima localização. Serviço de transfer impecável. Foram gentis e me deram um upgrade de quarto e late check out.

Free pickup and drop-off from the high speed rail station. Hotel is pretty quiet inside considering it's on a very busy street outside. Super convenient location to see everything in Pingyao. They packed our breakfast for us since our departing train left earlier than when they usually serve breakfast.

Lovely atmosphere old chinese. Right in the centre of the old city. Beautiful place for breakfast, Chinese breakfast did not suit my wife but great coffee and orange juice, i think they own luckin coffee next door. Room was lovely but we are getting too old for a futton on the floor that was the only downside. I think some rooms had softer beds Hotel picked up from train and dropped off great service. Dont really speak english but they had translator on the phone so it was fine. Staff friendly all good.

Situé sur la rue principale, juste près de la porte sud, il a l'avantage d'un accès facile (véhicules interdits en ville). Très calme, confortable, bien équipé et chauffé (important). Personnel très attentionné. Petit restaurant pour prendre le petit-déjeuner du matin. Pendant 4 jours nous avons eu tout le temps d'observer les lieux de séjour proposés à Pingyao et celui-ci est sans contexte une très bonne adresse.

Goed hotel, nette en ruime kamers, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, basic maar goed ontbijt. Gezien de ligging van dit hotel, een aanrader in vergelijking met de andere hotels in de omgeving.

The rooms were traditional chinese rooms, yet very comfortable. Beautiful courtyard and tasty chinese breakfast.

Lovely hotel with amazingly modern, yet traditional decor. Our family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers reserved two Kang rooms, which was a good size and comfortable for the kids to sleep in. Wonderful service, hotel arranged free transport to/from Pingyao Old City train station. Breakfast was great, with Chinese and Western options. Awesome location right on South Street (one of the main streets) and just around the corner from the ticket booth and Old City Wall. All around an amazing experience and a beautiful hotel.

The Water Hotel provides excellent service. It exceeds our expectations

The toilet basin is not clean. Staff is not very helpful and not professional. It is not good enough for the so high tariff charged.

Struttura antica molto bella. Eccezionale la posizione a pochi metri dalla torre principale dentro le mura. Molto comodo il fatto che ti vengano a prendere alla stazione e ti riportino il giorno della partenza, il tutto gratis.

It is a historic hotel that has been modernized and is on the main street of the historic district of Pingyao. Many restaurants and shops within very easy walking distance
