The rooms are big and well kept. The staff is very courteous and helpful, specially the breakfast service personnel. Mr. Freddy and the ladies in the kitchen went above and beyond to give us an amazing breakfast.

This hotel was ok, they do need to be more clear with their amenities and their check out process before you book. The parking is not guaranteed and it’s only for small cars, they don’t have any suggestions for nearby parking either. The check out process, you have to return the key and then you have to stand there and wait until someone goes and checks the room to confirm you didn’t use the minibar. These are things that they should let you know upfront not after you’ve paid. The people at the front desk, some are nice, others seem annoyed.

The Viva Shopping Mall is a great place to shop and dine. Staff were very helpful. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room Breakfast was too repetitive

The room was neat and clean. The staff was very nice. I don't speak Spanish and they were very patient with me using Google Translate. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee. The mall is nearby. It has an Exito (grocery store), IKEA, its dog friendly throughout including in the food court and there is a little theme park with 2 arcades, carousel, & other kids rides on the top floor. Using Uber to get there was easy.

The staff treated us like family it was the best experience ever at a hotel,Fredy was amazing best employee I ever seen.

Great place. Great view from the terrace and hotel room I had. Very clean. However I forgot to book the room for 2 people so we were charged around an extra $70 AUD per night for my partner. Majority of the staff were really great however there was one front reception male staff member who wasn’t and gave my partner attitude when he arrived to meet me at the hotel.

I liked the fact everybody is kind . Very helpful with directions , tips they guide you so good .

Parking is only available if you have a very small car. The staff was excellent and offered to let us park in front of the hotel but the front desk is not staffed after midnight so we declined and parked in paid parking about four blocks away at night.
