The room was neat and clean. The staff was very nice. I don't speak Spanish and they were very patient with me using Google Translate. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee. The mall is nearby. It has an Exito (grocery store), IKEA, its dog friendly throughout including in the food court and there is a little theme park with 2 arcades, carousel, & other kids rides on the top floor. Using Uber to get there was easy.

The staff treated us like family it was the best experience ever at a hotel,Fredy was amazing best employee I ever seen.

Great place. Great view from the terrace and hotel room I had. Very clean. However I forgot to book the room for 2 people so we were charged around an extra $70 AUD per night for my partner. Majority of the staff were really great however there was one front reception male staff member who wasn’t and gave my partner attitude when he arrived to meet me at the hotel.

I liked the fact everybody is kind . Very helpful with directions , tips they guide you so good .

Parking is only available if you have a very small car. The staff was excellent and offered to let us park in front of the hotel but the front desk is not staffed after midnight so we declined and parked in paid parking about four blocks away at night.

El hotel muy limpio. Las habitaciones limpias tambien y las camas grandes y comodas. Las personas del restaurante muy lindas y atentas. El desayuno estaba rico. La locaciòn del hotel excelente. Tienes un centro comercial a 10 minutos, restaurantes por todos lados y la segurida muy buena.

Nos hispedamos por 4 noches y cinco dias eramos mi esposo y yo nos gusta mucho quedarnos en este hotel la localización es muy buena cerca del exito y viva y cerca del parque de Envigado. Ya nos habíamos hospedado aquí.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lina Chica at the front desk was the best.

I had a good stay at Arame Hotel. It's conveniently near family, that was a plus. The rooms were spacious, clean with toiletry, daily room service, WiFi, breakfast included, fridge, flat screen TV. the staff very friendly and helpful.
