La recepción muy demorada, son solo 2 ascensores para 14 pisos y son muy pequeños, el internet es inestable, la tarjeta de ingreso a la habitación se desactivo dos veces y me tocó bajar a recepción para volverla activar, y ni una disculpa por dar incomodidad o quitarme mi tiempo. El desayuno bastante mediocre. El nombre del hotel es Lux hotel y se pusieron 4 estrellas pero según la estadía parecía un hotel familiar de dos estrellas de barrio

No recomiendo este hotel para nada, las instalaciones feas y viejas. Los ascensores malos se quedaban pecados. Las habitaciones feas. Las fotos que salen en la página no son la realidad. El servicio al cliente PÉSIMO. Lo único bueno es la ubicación pero a la par hay hoteles mucho mejores. Yo necesitaba revivir un paquete y no les dio la gana estando yo hospedada ahí recibir mi paquete. En realidad hay hoteles mejores a mejor precio y con un servicio mejor.
