卡塔赫纳Rilux酒店

Todo estuvo exelente con el hotel , su personal , la ubicación todo genial , no me gustó que me cobraron el agua de la nevera de la habitación, hubiera preferido que me cobraran un poco más cuando reserve y no tener un contratiempo al final por dos botellas de aguas. Después todo exelente si vuelvo a Cartagena lo reservaría nueva mente .

Muy bien ubicado, el checkin fue super rapido, ya tenian todo en orden. El cuarto súper bonito y limpio, la comida rica y el restaurante limpio y super atentas las chicas. Muy recomendable!

Everything was good

The staff was amazing and location was perfect, central to everything. Breakfast was good.

Razoável, o inconveniente maior era a falta de controle do ar condicionado no quarto, era centralizado na recepção e os funcionario (homens), principalmente um de tranças, nao eram cortez as solicitações de ligar ou desligar. As moças eram excelentes. O café era mto controlado, nem tudo era possivel pedir quando ja se havia solicitado uma opção.

No me gustó que no tiene gimnasio

Es un hotel nuevo, con buenas atenciones y acomodación, el desayuno es delicioso, es un hotel muy tranquilo. Usamos el jacuzzi, pero su aspecto no se veía muy limpio.

Good price, Newer building. modern minimalistic rooms, with beautiful travertine tiles, roomy rain head shower. I’ll stay with them again.

Para ir a dormir perfecto, desayuno muy básico, limpio, buena atención.

Ac wouldn’t work in the room, had to ask several times for the ac to be put to the maximum and one particular front desk agent kept playing games putting it at 23 degrees then after making a problem about it puts it to 20, when the previous agent was able to do it with no issues for my friends room. They couldn’t accommodate and couldn’t compensate for any of their wrongs.

States that there’s a jacuzzi or hot tub but you can never access or use it, it needs to be booked in advance and it’s filthy so even if you got it you wouldn’t want to use it.

No hot water for an entire day at the property, room was offered to be switched the next morning since they were fully booked. So I went a whole day and night without any hot water to shower or freshen up.

Love how close we were to everything. Everyone at the hotel was very hospitable. The restaurant’s food was amazing too!

Staff was very nice and helpful! Around a lot of stores and restaurants and even down the street from a 24 hour market for convenience
