Un lugar demasiado hermoso. Tanto que me arrepentí de haber reservado solo una noche. Desde que llegas a la decepción todo es bello y el servicio excelente. Sin duda espero volver a hospedarme en sus cabañas.

The view was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was delicious; all the facilities were amazing. All employees were so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The road needs to be fixed; it's approximately 1.5 km of terrible road. I understand that it is a municipality issue, but the Marriott needs to get involved and get to an agreement, so it will be easier for the guest to travel outside the hotel.

Learners for the first time at check in there would be no good service to the Cabañas. I may have missed it but surprising. They did allow us to order and wait to pick it up thankfully.
We got here late but no one told us how to work anything including change the temperature, tv or fireplace.
The units are pretty buy old and in need of repair.

La experiencia mala, pagué con mascota incluida pero para desayunar no la podía llevar conmigo, el aseo de la cabaña horrible, pelos y mugure, además de lo costoso la cabaña se veía abandonada y muy mal mantenida, vidrios sucios, no había cobija, los baños con mugure hongos y moho.

Los apartamentos necesitan mantenimiento - tuvimos un incidente con la lavadora y con uno de los inodoros. El equipo de servicio al cliente y transportacion es excelente. Sería bueno nivelar más la calle de entrada para facilitar la entrada y la salida de la propiedad.

The welcome at the front desk could’ve been better. The person rushed me to checking and had a poor knowledge about the migration tax exemption evidence.
People working in the yard around the cabin at 7:00 am. It was noisy but when I complained, it stops . Other than that is a good place to stay.

I stayed at this place with my family and it was beautiful, but it was really disappointed that when we got back from walking around town there was no internet , some of my family had to get work done , we wanted to listen to music and had other plans that require internet and we weren’t able to do it, extremely annoying, other than that the place was nice !!

Las cabañas son muy cómodas, el personal es muy amable y el servicio es excelente. Lo único malo es que la vía de acceso no está pavimentada y es muy estrecha. La recepción de las cabañas podría ser mejor.

Our stay at Luxe cabañas was even better than I expected! The view is absolutely breathtaking—truly unforgettable. The cabin is very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The service was outstanding—friendly and attentive at all times. I would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very nice. the cabin and the view were outstanding. but the prices were not clear. receptionist wasn't very helpful we got there late at nigyt and theprice for an extra person was almost n60% more than what the brochures she had on her desk. she didnt want to honor the price or provide support.
almost all of teh ammenities are for an extra cost. even to sit in front of the lake you hae to pay
the other personnel were kind, helpful and nice
