Great location

Es un hotel muy conveniente dado que se encuentra en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad de San José, en dónde puedes caminar a cualquier lugar de interés. El servicio también es muy bueno, y el personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites; son muy profesionales en ese sentido. Las habitaciones son modernas y tienen todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo.

We just stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The hotel is right in the center of all the arts, tourist activities, and markets in San Jose! It is a safe location; the staff are exceptional, accomodating and speak good English & Spanish. Each morning you get a "cooked to order breakfast" as part of the price. And, the price is much less than comparable hotels in the area. (It is a boutique hotel w/28 rooms, but great for couples and small groups). Even the locals do not know of this hotel and it is only five years old.

Relatively new hotel, with modern, well-sized rooms. The shower took a long time to heat up. Good location, right in the city center. Good value.

Well kept, safe and convenient to museums and local shopping.

The bedrooms are really small, but really small, I got one with A/C I don’t even have a window. It was and small box with no windows or balcony. Depressing , The structure of the building doesn’t have a minimal noice insulation you can hear every single's noise from the other bedrooms, doors and Comun areas, in my case it was really hard to sleep property, the lady in front desk is very nice and help me in everything she can, actually she is the only good thing I can says about this hotel, visitors is not allow, just in case you have someone to visit you, I don't think the price you pay is worth it.

Muy bien nos gusto el hotel que aunque pequeño tiene todos los servicios. solo estuvimos una noche por lo que es difícil evaluar todo pero el desayuno muy rico. la atención bien nos pareció extraño el no poder abrir el balcón por cuestiones de seguridad. pero todo bien.

I had good stay at this hotel , I do recommend you if you want to be nearby museum's and restaurants.

A very central location, very clean, the staff is overly friendly, typical of Costa Ricans, and the food is super delicious. It's also accessible by public transport in seconds, close to shops and restaurants. I definitely think it will be my favorite place when I return to San Jose.

This hotel is conveniently located, close to restaurants, supermarkets and stores. Transportation is easy, also. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but adequate for the price. Breakfast is delicious!

Good people!

Room itself was recently renovated and nice. Breakfast was a la carte from attached cafeteria, so that was nice as well. But the major downside was that there was practically no soundproofing in the room. The one thing you want from hotel is a possibility to sleep. Even with earplugs it was difficult because of the loud traffic noise that was going all night. Bed and pillow were hard but that’s just preference.

Excelente hotel. A unos pasos del parque, museos y teatro nacional. Rodeado de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Las instalaciones muy agradables. La habitación muy amplia, limpieza impecable y el personal muy atento. Una buena elección en mi viaje.

Horrible la atención al cliente. Llegamos y no podían asegurar que tuviéramos la habitación lista para la hora del check in que era 3pm. Una actitud brusca de la persona que estaba en la recepción. Hotel con buenas condiciones, limpio, bien ubicado , a unos pasos del teatro nacional y con lugares para comer cerca. Tiene una parada de taxis al lado que eso ayuda mucho pero en la atención al cliente no costaría q se esforzaran mas en hacer sentir cómodo al huésped
