Came back for one last night before leaving for home. Flight was very late and the staff didn't give us any trouble about hanging by the pool after we had checked out. Plenty of parking and close to front door of hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was hugely accommodating especially in the restaurant. Pool was nice and large but needs quite a lot of tile repair. Lots of games and play areas on the property. Music on weekends was VERY LOUD and went on until 1:30 a.m. I thought the band was in my bedroom. Had several meals in the restaurant. The service was quite slow but the food was good.

It’s an older property with a facelift. The worst part of the experience was Mónica in reception. She was dismissive with a smile, took her time at everything.

El hotel no tiene una buena atención al cliente. A pesar de tratarse de dos adultos mayores, con algunas dificultades de movilidad, no nos ofrecieron ayuda para el traslado de las maletas. Ese es un ejemplo, en general, el trato no es el más qpropiado.

Habitaciónes muy viejas las camas feas o malas el baño mal olor las ventanas solo tienen una perciana o toda la luz del día entra como si no hubiera persianas

Food at the restaurant is great as well

Cobro doble me pasaron la tarjeta dos veces y no me quisieron devolver ni un cinco el aire acondicionado no funcionaba mucho ruido de la habitación desayuno aceptable no lo recomiendo a nadie y se recomienda y si van a pagar en efectivo o cuidar mucho su tarjeta de crédito porque acostumbran a hacer cobros dobles

Clean well maintained. Rooms close to avenue much road noise.

Las instalaciones muy bien, la distribución es muy buena, aceptan mascotas, el restaurante tiene muchas opciones. El personal fue muy amable.

Wonderful staff!!

We stayed on Valentine’s Day and scored reservations for a delicious dinner while a beautiful singer serenaded us. It was perfect. They had a photo station set up. Afterwards we walked the property and enjoyed the beautiful night and pretty gardens. Will definitely be staying here again.

Buenas tardes. El servicio al cliente estuvo genial. Todos muy amables y atentos nos resolvieron nuestras peticiones extra ŕápido. La comida en el restaurante deliciosa. La actividad del día de los enamorados muy bonita excelente música. Sin embargo las dos noches que estuvimos nos costó mucho descansar debido a que la habitación no tenía cortinas si no persianas y se metia toda la luz del pasillo y del patio, y porque al quedar entre abiertas no había privacidad ya que desde afuera se ve al interior de la habitación lo cual nos hizo sentir incómodos. Nuestra recomendación es cambiarlas por cortinas.
