The room was sub standard. The place looked very outdated and scary

Room was good

Someone before us had obviously thrown up in the bathroom and the maids just didn’t clean the toilets well. You could see it on the outside of the toilet bowl. The wifi was super weak. We ended up having to use data on our phones because we couldn’t maintain an internet connection using the Hotel’s WiFi. The grout between the tiles in the shower is dirty. The staff were friendly.

The huge and delicious breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Unfortunately, the wifi was very weak - almost to the point of being unusable.

Nice small hotel near the airport, staff was very friendly and the room was perfect !

Air connection did not work and also was not hot water, could not take shower. We had 1 year baby, was hard.

2 chambres couplees tres spacieuses ! Propres, eau dans les chambres. Gardien disponible dans la nuit a notre arrivée. Le moins : on nous disait que les chambres navaient pas été payées alors que javais bien effectué auparavant le paiement. Il a fallu retrouver la preuve par la facture et sur le site de la banque...

Arrived late from airport. Not a welcoming greeting from the security guard who could not even supply some water & ice in the heat. No English and no interest in using google translate to engage. However, rooms are immaculate as is the full property. With a/c and all amenities we needed for an over night. Main staff much more friendly and helpful but I’d still expect more. For example - When I asked for a taxi I was told to call an Uber. On balance, a good hotel if you are looking for somewhere simple and easy on your journey. Note - not as near to the airport as you think.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed which was a problem as we arrived around dinner time.

I arrived very late and checked out very early in the morning due to my flight schedule. Even though I did not have a chance to see any administrative personnel at the hotel, I had no problem getting into my room and checking out in the morning. The night guard was waiting for me to give me the room key, and I did not waste a second getting into my room. Communication was very fast and effective. It is a cost-effective choice to stay one night near Zagreb airport.

Rapport qualité prix excellent ! Personnel très gentil. Proximité de l’aéroport, parfait pour l’arrivée ou le départ. C’est un hôtel étape très pratique !

Hotel was okay except that you said that you have a transport to airport but you didn’t have it I need to pay extra for taxi

Experiencia desafortunada en check-in, escribimos al hotel comunicando nuestra hora de llegada tardía, no había nadie en recepción y el guardia nos dio una habitación con solo ropa de cama y toallas para 1 persona, cuando éramos 2 personas, no nos ofreció alternativas y la habitación ya estaba abonada mediante el portal de reservas, por lo tanto no pudimos elegir otro hotel. Dormimos como pudimos y no nos devolvieron la diferencia de precio de una habitación doble a una individual. No recomendaría este hotel en absoluto cuando la recepción esté cerrada.
