I had a very good time at the Residence Palace during my stay in Abidjan. The environment was clean, quiet, and secure, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the facilities. The place has gone down hill , the air con has stopped working while I was there at the reception I was told that they will fix it. From 8 am nothing had showing up. So so disappointing. I will never go there again never. Room are very small and very basic. Nothing like the pics. As them pics are very old old pics.

Room service was excellent.
Front desk has been awfully consistent especially with the two female agents.
Food was great and priced okay
Security agents were great
The noise can be really bad on the hallway carried to the room - it gets annoying in early morning and at night while one is trying to asleep or resting, and it’s ongoing.
Location and neighborhood are great
