I had a very good time at the Residence Palace during my stay in Abidjan. The environment was clean, quiet, and secure, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the facilities. The place has gone down hill , the air con has stopped working while I was there at the reception I was told that they will fix it. From 8 am nothing had showing up. So so disappointing. I will never go there again never. Room are very small and very basic. Nothing like the pics. As them pics are very old old pics.

Room service was excellent. Front desk has been awfully consistent especially with the two female agents. Food was great and priced okay Security agents were great The noise can be really bad on the hallway carried to the room - it gets annoying in early morning and at night while one is trying to asleep or resting, and it’s ongoing. Location and neighborhood are great

Affordable Check, comfortable for sleeping in and staying out Also, the receptionist speaks English which is a plus for visiting anglophone countries.

Language barrier

Don't trust réservations through Expedia, local staff at Bethany is just unable to use it. It only works when you pay in advance, and it tells a lot about it.

Very simple and nice

The first time I came there, they put me in a room infected with roaches. They were coming from the bathroom especially at night. The next day they told me that they will disinfect the room. But after disinfection, I still found a Roache under my pillow at night. They put me in other room that was smelling like mold. In my second trip there, I opt for their deluxe studio. Even thus the studio has no roaches, the bathroom was smelling like septic fosses even thus it was clean. So that smell was permeating in my room at the point that I could not sleep very well. I have poor sleep quality all my time at that hotel. Moreover, their internet connect is not got. I was having intermittent interruption with internet quite often. Furthermore, one stuff at the reception is unprofessional. I will not recommend that hotel at all. The area is a great area, but that hotel not so.

Very good value for Abidjan. No problems with the reservation, everything in the room as advertised. Good area. No complaints whatsoever. Recommended.

The restaurant, outdoor area and vicinity

Property well located. However, service, staff and condition of the property not up to the standard I expected. For a first time I noted that asking for an iron to quickly iron a wrinkle was a problem. I have left the property after my second day. No reimbursement, nothing, not even from Expedia, despite the insurance and coverage I bought. This is quite disappointing

Excellent value, well maintained, friendly staff, quiet more residential area. Would stay again.

The residence is located in a very good neighborhood, and has a 24/7 security guard at the entrance. The property has a restaurant for guests and meals are not included with your reservation. My room had a balcony and a kitchen. WiFi, hot water and mini fridge are available for guests.
