Staff excellent, location, breakfast, room

There are three pools which have plenty of space for a lot of people. The pool areas are clean and very nice. Plenty of space in the lobby to hang out. Friendly and helpful staff for my 5 days stay. I also had a surprise from the team for my special occasion. Thank you!

Did not use many facilities as only used hotel to sleep for the night we stayed. It’s a pretty basic hotel with pretty basic rooms. At least the room was clean.

Deffinetely not 4 stars hotel, rooms looks like from 90's, sofa and all room dirty, cockroaches in the room (reception told: sorry we can spray the room from the cockroaches, and of course we should live in poisons sprayed room), dinner and breakfest were very poor, food quality disguisting, juices, vine are mixed with water, so you pay a lot and drink water basically

Hotel was pleasant, the room was basic but clean....room service was a bit hit and miss (some days clean towels, some days no towels....some days bed made...other days not)... We enjoyed the pool and my daughter loved the kids club and entertainment. We were b&b but did have a couple of evening meals which were ok and pretty good value for money but would have probably got boring had we been half board or all inc.... Breakfast had a decent selection so could have a variety...i would have preferred it to be available until 10am as 9.30.seemed a bit early for a holiday (it was always busy around 9am!) Overall i would say it was more like a 3 star as quite dated but for the money we paid i was overall happy with my stay and have to add that all the staff were exceptional.

Une catastrophe vraiment ! Si vous ne voulez pas gacher vos vacances, aller ailleurs. Une reception catastophe. Chambre horrible. Les boissons degueulasses et industrielles. Petit plus pour l’equipe cuisine et nettoyage qui fait avec les moyens du bord.

The hotel is what it advertises, so if you want 5* it not the hotel for you, it needs a bit of tlc, but saying that it has everything you need. The staff are lovely and nothing h us to much trouble, always have a smile and a greeting, no matter what member of staff they are. Food is hit and miss. We found best offerings where lunch time in the pool restaurant, but let’s be honest it always is when all inclusive. You will read some bad reviews, well my

Please avoid this hotel for health and safety issue. Cockroaches were inside our rooms and it's dirty. Staff very rude and not helpful. Especially manager Natalie.

Bar and lounge area much to loud for guests just wanting to have quiet drink and chat, accommodation area also noisy during the night.

Very nice front desk staff. Room big and comfortable. Wifi and tv good Free parking onsite. Walking distance to Kings Tombs. Only issue is thats its busy and lots of teensxare very noisy inbthe hallways at night

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird ständig renoviert. Riesen Manko ist, dass das Hotel EXTREM hellhörig ist. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und tut was es kann, nur das Gebäude schalltechnisch entkoppeln kann es eben auch nicht. Das Essen ist variiationsreich, wenngleich auch es sich wiederholt. Fazit: Geld und Leistung passen, wer Luxus will, zahlt auch schnell mal doppelt so viel. Ohropax und schlafmaske nicht vergessen:)))

The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment.Doors to apartments with huge gaps. Corridors grubby. Pool has missing tiles. Don't bother with "upgrade" to suite, as the lounge area is dismal with no outside view. Bathroom has bath for a shower as you would expect in a 2-star hotel, with no safety mat. (See photo, attached) Beach is only accessible after a treck up the road and over an area of wasteland. In fact, find another hotel.

Nice friendly hotel was happy with my stay

Definitely not a 4 star hotel conditions. However, the hotel is cosy enough to stat there. Room was simple, but comfortable. Good breakfast. Soundproofing is terrible but this is typical in Cyprus. Hotel is located in a walkable distance as from the town centre, as the seaside.
