아블리다 호텔

파포스공항으로 입국하게 되어 5박을 예약했고, 추가로 3박을 더 연장했습니다. 호텔 위치가 좋고, 직원들이 모두 친절하고, 조식도 맛있고, 가까운곳에 Lidl마트가 있어 편했습니다. 버스로 한정거장만 가면 맥도날드,KFC, 버스환승센터가 있어 어디로든 가기 편했고, 좀더 가면 Kings mall과 파포스성, 해변 등등이 있어 여행하기 좋았어요. 다만 호텔이 오래된곳이라 시설이 노후된편이었고, 밤늦게 복도 소음과 잘때 옆방에서 코고는 소리까지 들리는 문제는 불편했어요. 리뉴얼한다면 아주 훌륭한 호텔이 될거 같아요. 다음에 파포스를 또 가게 된다면 여기에 또 묵을 생각입니다.

We had a short 3 night stay at this hotel and couldn't speak highly enough of our experience, the staff were excellent and very attentive, George the bar manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, Henry was the same and, on reception, Agatha was very friendly and helpful! A lovely mini break!

Hotel bien situé à quelques metres de la Tombes des Rois. Arrêt de bus juste en face de l’hôtel. Hôtel un peu vieillot, comme sur les photos. Personnel de service au restaurant er bar très sympathique. Personnel à la réception pas très agréable, pas de sourire et semble peu enclin à répondre aux questions et différentes réponses d’un employé à un autre. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet, assez copieux mais tout les produits ne sont pas qualitatifs ou trop cuits. Activités le soir, bonne programmation.

Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. I was taken to a hotel with an inconvenient location with nothing around, I’m appalled by the lack of structure and devotion to its customers. I’ve also historically stayed at Alvida and will say that the rooms are awful. You can hear every ounce of noise coming from adjacent bedrooms and so you will definitely have difficulties sleeping. I didn’t want to write a negative review and was hoping Alvida would be able to refund me, for atleast the first night considering I didn’t stay there - but nope, they refused. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of empathy. Distressing customers like this is disgusting behaviour. Again, I warn people against staying here. Unreliable hotel, obnoxious and a lack of empathy and u understanding. Shame they could not process my refund request given the distress they put me under. Embarrassing as it is to have to admit, they put me under severe distress with their lack of structure and unreliability regarding my stay. Do not stay here as they will no honour your booking and will mess you about.

Le séjour c'est globalement bien déroulé. Nous avions plannifier un massage au SPA que malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu réaliser car quand on s'est présenté personne n'était là. On nous a dit qu'on nous tiendrait au courant mais personne ne l'a fait. On a perdu toute la fin d'après-midi à cause de ça alors que nous devions nous organisez avec nos enfants. Nous avions sélectionné l'hôtel également pour cette prestation donc déçu sur ce point. Service repas bien. Le service et la cuisine bien. La réception tout dépend ce qu'on demande et de l'humeur de la personne. Pour demander une prestation massage la personne était toute mielleuse. Mais le lendemain en demandant une lunch box pour notre départ malheureusement nous ne l'avons pas eu alors que nous avions séjourné en all-inclusive. Même pas un geste pour la perte de temps pour le massage que nous n'avons pas pu faire. Le dernier jour il y a également eu l'alarme incendie qui n'arrêtait pas de sonner. Aucune communication à ce niveau-là pour nous dire de ne pas paniquer on a dû deviner par nous-même. Séjour globalement agréable dommage qu'il y a eu quelques couacs de la part de quelques personnes. Autre point positif l'emplacement est à proximité des lieux touristiques de la ville. Il devait également y avoir un bassin chauffé mais malheureusement ils étaient tous froids

This property parades itself as a 4⭐️, it is NOT. It is a 3⭐️at best. Reception and communal areas are very dated and need good looking at. Hotel is quiet clean but that in itself does not warrant a 4 ⭐️ status. In comparison to other 4 star hotels in Paphos which we have stayed its extremely poor. Rooms - we booked a side sv room, our room allocated to us was on the 3rd floor. The room itself was clean and have to say although dated furniture waz ok. However, it stops there!! Opening the curtains to look out on the balcony the view was less than satisfactory. Our side Seaview was a view of a shabby rundown buliding with washing and water heaters, if i looked on my tip toes i could see a glimpse of the sea above this building. We went to reception to complain and request to be moved, to be told it was in there eyes a side Seaview room. An alternative of a pool view was offered, this was on the second floor and no better. The pool view, it was at the far end of the hotel overlooked the pool if you looked sideways, however it faced a construction site of a total refurbishment of some old houses. Needless to say this was totally unacceptable. The 3rd room offered was a Seaview room, however for this we had to pay an extra €105 on top of what we had already paid. Food - breakfast was ok, not a massive choice like in other 4 star hotels. Was hit and miss with how hot it was, some days it was luke warm. Lunch - the best meal Dinner - once was enough!

Good location. Friendly staff. Only had breakfast and lots of choices. Did not use either of the pools. Good wifi. Desk to book trips. Was evening entertainment.

The room was good for our family if four, we liked the breakfast. If you are sensible to smell or noises which we experienced from the halllway it might not be your fit. The location is dupergood - you canwalk to the tombs, the beach - also Lidl is close.

Enjoyed my stay but very poor soundproofing between the rooms which affected us at night and early morning, interconnecting door and possible plaster board wall let noise from other rooms, would effect my decision to rebook again

Staff excellent, location, breakfast, room

There are three pools which have plenty of space for a lot of people. The pool areas are clean and very nice. Plenty of space in the lobby to hang out. Friendly and helpful staff for my 5 days stay. I also had a surprise from the team for my special occasion. Thank you!

Did not use many facilities as only used hotel to sleep for the night we stayed. It’s a pretty basic hotel with pretty basic rooms. At least the room was clean.

Deffinetely not 4 stars hotel, rooms looks like from 90's, sofa and all room dirty, cockroaches in the room (reception told: sorry we can spray the room from the cockroaches, and of course we should live in poisons sprayed room), dinner and breakfest were very poor, food quality disguisting, juices, vine are mixed with water, so you pay a lot and drink water basically

Hotel was pleasant, the room was basic but clean....room service was a bit hit and miss (some days clean towels, some days no towels....some days bed made...other days not)... We enjoyed the pool and my daughter loved the kids club and entertainment. We were b&b but did have a couple of evening meals which were ok and pretty good value for money but would have probably got boring had we been half board or all inc.... Breakfast had a decent selection so could have a variety...i would have preferred it to be available until 10am as 9.30.seemed a bit early for a holiday (it was always busy around 9am!) Overall i would say it was more like a 3 star as quite dated but for the money we paid i was overall happy with my stay and have to add that all the staff were exceptional.

Une catastrophe vraiment ! Si vous ne voulez pas gacher vos vacances, aller ailleurs. Une reception catastophe. Chambre horrible. Les boissons degueulasses et industrielles. Petit plus pour l’equipe cuisine et nettoyage qui fait avec les moyens du bord.
