I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room had a very strange smell, a mix of smell old/cologne. The room was quite old and didn’t feel fresh. the food at the buffet was good, everyone in the family like it. Bath towels not included, we had to pay 4 euro for each towel plus 10 euro deposit.

Η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό, περάσαμε φανταστικά. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα, Το ξενοδοχείο τέλειο, το προσωπικό πολύ καλό ευγενέστατοι όλοι κανένα πρόβλημα δεν είχαμε, είμασταν all inclusive με ποικιλία απο φαγητά, ποτά, γλυκά και παγωτά με πολύ καλή ποιότητα και γεύση, οι νεροτσουλήθρες για παιδιά και για μεγάλους ήταν απίστευτα διασκεδαστικές. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, είναι μια ακόμα διασκεδαστική εμπειρία σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο που θα την ξανα επαναλάβουμε.

Hotel was great but the food was poor

Underbart hotell för hela familjen, med något för varje medlem. Rent och fint, otroligt trevlig personal och underbart läge! Barnvänligt, med olika aktiviteter riktade till barn, men finns även en spaavdelning om man behöver lite ensamtid.

Not a 4 star hotel, an average 3 star. No concierge, but the receptionist who was there to help was fairly rude and unhelpful. It was too much to ask for help/assistance/guidance of sight seeing etc... Twice, on separate occasions stopped our conversation to deal with staff members and that was for a 1-2 minutes at a time. Service was generally poor. Towels not changed regularly/replaced, we had to ask for additional. Beach towels, happy to pay the desposit, but these were not offered at the start of the trip and nor was the serving charge of these either stated. No tea/coffee in room ... this is a basic standard esp for a 2/3 star hotel.

Utrolig meget støj fra de andre værelser. Og folk ryger alle vegne. Ligger langt fra byen. Alt koster noget selv at spille pool.

Basic hotel, wouldn’t change towels daily not enough complementary toiletries some days towels taken and not replaced. Breakfast was good and general staff are friendly, reception gents could do with some customer service training

purtroppo ci sono tanti punti negativi; acqua calda spenta dalle 21; buon cibo, ma sala ristorante troppo simile ad una mensa lavorativa; ospiti veramente rumorosi, e senza educazione; non da 4 stelle

Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. Mine are 13-14years and we ended up going to Waterworld anyway. Staff here are very friendly and attentive & cannot do enough for you. Overall fantastic holiday & hotel.

Vi hade en fantastisk resa. Var inte så mkt på hotellet. Tyvärr va poolerna för kalla att bada i men vattenlandet tyckte familjen va super. Dock spenderade vi väldigt lite tid där. Maten tyckte vi va bra. God och väldigt varierande. Personalen var supertrevliga. Städningen var inte bra. Såg knappt att dom hade varit på rummet. Vår toalett luktade avlopp och vi sa till många gånger. Outhärdlig doft. Det fixades för stunden. Stranden var fantastisk. Hela familjen älskade Cypern och kommer definitivt återvända men dock ett annat hotell.

good value for money

Staying in Tofinis every year in an All Inclusive . Currently staying was disappointing. Poor quality of food. Dirty areas . Ac of room was smelling mould. Staff was nice and helpful. The worst was the policy on the pool towels. Without noticing/advice on hotel rules prior arriving, they request 10 euro deposit for each towels (it’s acceptable), but they demand 2 euro for each towels (not refundable) for laundry and according to them 2 euro fee (each) for every time is requested to change towel with a anew one. Just keep In Mind that there is a supermarket (selling towels)and payable (coins)laundry room in the same building of the hotel which belongs to the hotel owners. Just saying!!!!

Nice hotel with some great facilities such as the in-house water park and a great swimming pool. Some slides weren’t available during the stay, and opened alternately. An all inclusive plan is very comfort when traveling with kids, but seems like the quality and diversity of food isn’t as high as expected. Yet, it is a must to mention we were able to find what to eat in every meal. Very helpful stuff and quick checking in and out are truly a benefit.

Wonderful stay. Excellent food and very friendly staff. The waterpark is an oasis for both children and adults

Όλα υπέροχα περάσαμε υπέροχα όπως κάθε χρόνο!! Το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή καθώς και σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άψογο, ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό!! Οι πισίνες, το υδροπαρκο υπέροχο και πεντακάθαρο !! Τα δωμάτια καθαρότατα ,τα σεντονια,οι πετσεττες όλα καθαρά!! Το φαγητό πολύ καλό με παρα πολλές επιλογές καθώς και τα ενδιάμεσα σνακ...Απο τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που επιλέγουμε καθε χρόνο!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
