Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. Mine are 13-14years and we ended up going to Waterworld anyway. Staff here are very friendly and attentive & cannot do enough for you. Overall fantastic holiday & hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel, an average 3 star. No concierge, but the receptionist who was there to help was fairly rude and unhelpful. It was too much to ask for help/assistance/guidance of sight seeing etc... Twice, on separate occasions stopped our conversation to deal with staff members and that was for a 1-2 minutes at a time. Service was generally poor. Towels not changed regularly/replaced, we had to ask for additional. Beach towels, happy to pay the desposit, but these were not offered at the start of the trip and nor was the serving charge of these either stated. No tea/coffee in room ... this is a basic standard esp for a 2/3 star hotel.

Staying in Tofinis every year in an All Inclusive . Currently staying was disappointing. Poor quality of food. Dirty areas . Ac of room was smelling mould. Staff was nice and helpful. The worst was the policy on the pool towels. Without noticing/advice on hotel rules prior arriving, they request 10 euro deposit for each towels (it’s acceptable), but they demand 2 euro for each towels (not refundable) for laundry and according to them 2 euro fee (each) for every time is requested to change towel with a anew one. Just keep In Mind that there is a supermarket (selling towels)and payable (coins)laundry room in the same building of the hotel which belongs to the hotel owners. Just saying!!!!

Decent buffet. Only stayed for one night but could’ve eaten there for the week without getting fed up of it. Long drinks and cocktails the same as similar resorts in the area Magic show was entertaining. Clean and tidy around the place

Bathroom full of mold, pool wasn’t the cleanest, food was not the best, drinks were ok apart from soft drinks they were cheap brands. No bottled water which I’ve never experienced in an all inclusive hotel. You had to pay 2€ for a pool towel, 5€ for an extra key which is outrageous when there is 4 in a room. Beds not comfortable at all. Water park was good, but be warned they are not the fastest in helping if someone is in trouble, a gentleman had a cardiac arrest on a slide it took 2 guest to get him out of the water, the pool was not cleared it took several of our group to shield the man while he was given CPR! Thank god we was in a big group otherwise hotel was very boring. So many people were getting coughs and sore throats, upset stomach’s!!! Would I go back hell NO!!!!

The hotel was clean but the food was terrible. My family and I had food poisoning and we spent the last two days vomiting. I would avoid this hotel. I’ve been to cyprus before and have eaten at some fantastic places and hotels but this place is by far the worst place. Don’t get me wrong the people there are nice but the food is just tasteless and as I say the last two days of our holiday was spent vomiting and in bed. Was horrible with kids.

It is as the positive reviews say. Good quality and tasting food and coffee, great waterpark and pool, good gym, nice location/views. The local staff is very good and polite. Also, fakir and fire shows and good entertainers for kids. Try to avoid the blue whirlpool type of slide in the waterpark, several ppl hit their heads and while I didn't, my neck hurt after the one time i did try it. Plenty of parking space, some covered. Overall, I'm very pleased and can't find anything wrong (except maybe the fact they want to charge 20 Euro for sauna, but that's a minor thing).

Another fabulous stay at Tofinis, Returning customer, hotel spotless, great food. Waterpark is brilliant & Animation team are are credit to the hotel, as the staff are! If you have kids under 10, entertainment is aimed at families. excellent entertainment for kids. Would be nice if they had a bit more entertainment aimed at adults too, maybe a few singing acts! Thanks for a lovely stay 😊
