Vi hade en fantastisk bra hotell vistelse. All personal var trevlig och välkomnande. Extra plus för att vår hund fick leksak och godis på rummet.

Prior to staying at the hotel I did message them to ask about any dedicated taxi service from the airport, they were quick with the response and gave a lot of detail about getting to the hotel, I did opt for the public transport (Which was recommended by the hotel) and I must say was very simple and easy to follow. I flew in from London Heathrow on a ridiculously early flight and was at the hotel by about 11 am, I did partially fill in the online check in and noted my estimated arrival time, the hotel happily obliged and (Subject to availability) were great in getting my room ready early. The room was a decent size and wasn’t facing the water (If you visit I would recommend getting these especially as I arrived on the St. Lucia festival, as this would give you great views from the comfort of your room), the room itself had all the necessities you would expect, tea/coffee refills every day, also added bonus of tea/coffee cards to redeem in in the cafe/bar downstairs, shower was decent size and pressure was good. The bed was comfortable and pillows were nice and soft, very relaxing after walking most of CPH over the 4 days. Breakfast was included in my booking, which if you can get I would definitely recommend, I set off early and started breakfast by 7:00 at the latest. Lots of variety, cold counter with skyr and oats or Rislamande, ham, cheese etc. hot counter with bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and an omelette made to order, breads and pastries and coffee/tea/juice.

We wished we could have stayed a couple more days! The hotel is perfectly located to all attractions of Copenhagen. We got an upgraded room with the most beautiful view of the boats and canal. The mattrace was cozy and the room so inviting after coming back from a walk along the canals on a cold winter day. The room with its old decorative beams was beautiful. And the breakfast had everything you could wish for with a lot of healthy varieties, as well. There were thoughtful and interesting notes on the beans, we have learnt a lot by reading them. Next time in Copenhagen we sure book it again!
