Amazing breakfast with healthy homemade options. Good central location and staff were really great. Aircon not great so room got very hot. Could not leave window open due to scaffolding outside. A sauna would have been welcome but overall good hotel. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at this iconic hotel. From the check in, the breakfast and room, everything was really great. The room was very beautiful and well maintained. the bed was amazing and very comfortable. If you're in Copenhagen for a city trip I can highly recommend this hotel.

Værelserne er små men okay.

Empfanden das Zimmer und Bad als extrem klein, Personal zwischen sehr aufmerksam und freundlich bis desinteressiert. Gutes Frühstück. Alles in allem ein eher enttäuschendes Gesamterlebnis und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Lage ist eben doch nicht alles.

Great location, excellent breakfast & coffee.

This is a wonderful hotel with staff that go out of their way to make you feel like you most important. Breakfast offered extensive selections of wonderful nutritious foods. I don’t think there is a better location in Copenhagen, easy walk to all the sights.

Hotel would not work with us to rearrange dates but charged us in full despite us explaining many months in advance we needed to change. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Avoid at all costs!

Lovely hotel. We received a complimentary room upgrade and a surprise bottle of fizz for my birthday. The location was great. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was comfortable a clean with great views. It felt really cosy, especially when wet and cold outside. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh and different food choices. We really loved this hotel and will return. We did have a bad experience with incredibly rude staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel. This was in stark contrast to the professional and friendly service from the hotel staff. So the hotel is fabulous but I would avoid the Italian restaurant.
