Habitaciones viejas pero amplias y limpias

The staff was very nice. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. My single room has been upgraded to a one with double bed for just a little extra. Make sure though that you should put the "Clean the room" sign before 9:00am if you want your room to be cleaned. The location of the hotel was excellent, just 5-7-minute walking distance both from Metro and Train Station. Breakfast was very nice too, just a little bit crowded at some times. Would return to this hotel if have a chance to visit beautiful Copenhagen again.

Dyrt för det vi betalde för bodde i källaren och hördes väldigt mycket på morgonen från ovanvåningen. Lyhört från korridoren , frukosten var bra men väldigt dyr.

Dejligt sted, men mine medgifter var noget træt af alt den larm når man bor på nederste etage, i forbindelse med at der gøres klar til morgenmad

Room was great, and bigger than I’d expected. Easy check-in, solid location. Would happily stay here again.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Petit déjeuner très correct bien que cher, très bruyant par contre c’est un peu l’usine. La chambre pourtant censée être « double superior » était minuscule, sans aucune décoration, très loin des photos d’appel du site. La salle de bain minuscule, avec très peu de services (pas de tapis de bain, de coton tige ou de brosse a dent comme on pourrait l’espérer). Evier salle et bouché. Même pas de bouteilles d’eau offerte (tout est payant), pas de poubelle dans la chambre… Le ménage journalier est optionnel (il faut le réclamer tous les jours avant 9h) et il est très sommaire (même pas un coup d’aspirateur). Enfin, aucune réponse du personnel aux messages laissés sur la messagerie…. Bref, l’emplacement vaut vraiment le cout, mais la chambre n’est vraiment pas ce à quoi on s’attend a ce niveau de prix !

Et meget flot hotel at komme til, at være i, og det sødeste personale vi ihvertfald mødte..værelserne var dejlige, ikke noget overvældende, men bare dejlige. Morgenmaden var et fantastisk syn, ingen tomme fade, alt var overvældende..ingen borde stod og så efterladte ud, de blev hurtigt ryddet op af de dygtige tjenere. Vi kan kun sige god for et ophold her, vi nød det ihvertfald de 2 overnatninger vi havde der..

Great room. Exactly as pictured. Lots of space comfortable bedding. Will stay here again.

The location of the hotel is exellent. Tivoli and many other important places are near. Also the transport network works well close to this hotel. The constuction work with nextdoor hotel was done during my stay. That caused some inconvinieces. The staff was limited with their hospitality. Room was compact.

Great hotel near the train station and central for attractions and shops. Nice bar area and seats outside for sunny weather. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer.

Vi var heldige at få værelse i deres “nye” hoteldel, Hotel Henrik. Super fine værelser helt nyt. Største udfordring bliver pladsen til morgenmaden

The breakfast was amazing! Well worth paying extra for this which was very reasonable for 3 days. Location of hotel was great and size of room was big. The room was cleaned every day which was great. The view from room however was awful as our room was lower than ground floor. It would have also have been nice to have some free biscuit/snacks rather than everything on the snack tray being for sale. The bar area looked nice but we never had a drink here.

Breakfast looked good but expensive although all breakfast was expensive. Staff was helpful but there was a push to upgrade room for and additional fee. The room we originally booked was quite adequate. The carpets in the hallways need an upgrade for sure but overall we were happy there and would stay again. Price was reasonable as well

The property was super clean The room was fantastic we couldn't have picked a better property to stay the staff was very helpful we will definitely stay here again
