Reception was rushed not very helpful on check-in room needs a mirror in room not just the bathroom.

Lovely hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was smart and comfortable. The breakfast choice was fantastic. Altogether an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Very nice room but in semi basement and ŵifi reception sporadic

Lovely, quirky hotel, ideally situated to get to both public transport, attractions and restuarants. Tivoli Gardens just minutes away. The room was comfortable, however, be warned, there is no door deparating the bathroom from the bedroom. Whoever thought hearing, seeing or smelling someone else go to the toilet was a good idea, needs a good talking to! Also, there were significant renovations taking place near our room, with where the builders weren't great at cleaning up after themselves (dirty footprints on the carpet).

We stayed six nights while visiting Copenhagen. Our room was not as pictured on Expedia, small, no king bed, no top sheet or blanket. Bed was not comfortable with no chairs to sit on, only the bed. Bathroom did not allow any privacy. We paid extra for breakfast buffet each day. The hot food was not good. Overall we loved Copenhagen but wished we had booked a different hotel.

It's an ok average hotel 3* star hotel. Would not rate it at 4* as a lot of expectations for a 4* hotel were lacking. *Hotel rooms* Clean overall. Bed and bedlinen not the best quality or standard. Flat and thin duvet, pillow pretty uncomfortable. No bathrobes or slippers or bath map (became very wet and with no extra towels to put on the floor, pretty slippery) No hotel/mini toothpaste or tooth brush. No complimentary water. Telephone not working so could not contact reception. *Breakfast* Very strange set up overall, pretty disappointing especially for the price they charge. The tables are not set with basic table set up e.g. cup, cutlery, napkin etc so you have to set your own table. This means you have to go back and forth to the kitchen 3 times in total to start your breakfast. One time to collect all the cutlery and basics to eat. A second time to get your tea/coffee. A first time to collect your food. But then probably a forth time as there is no trays, so unless you stack everything you want to eat on the super small plates they provide in the buffee area you are going to have to back at least once or twice to collect your full breakfast items. The way the tables are arranged, it's like a school dining area. Shared long tables. And the cleaning up when someone leaves was non existent, so we have to move the previous diners plates to sit down to have our breakfast. The coffee is not the best experience. And no loose tea options. *Bar* Very underwhelming.

Good choice.

Great location, well appointed rooms and good people to take care of you. One "want" is for the bar to serve at least a couple of finger foods. After roaming the city all day and eating late lunches, you don't want to leave the hotel looking for dinner---- bar finger foods--perfect evening.

Pleasant staff, comfy bed, fabulous breakfast, close to train station & main shopping high street in Copenhagen.

The shower would not drain nor would the sink. After being in the shower for 2 minutes the base would fill up and you would have to turn the shower off for a few minutes till the water drainer. You would have to do this 3 times at least just to have a wash. Also the sink had bits of food in when we arrived and the sink would also not drain and the bits of food that were in the sink when we arrived would not disappear.

The room was less than we had expected. The shower was tiny with a wall in it that stuck out making it even smaller. It reminded me of a nice hostel. The staff was excellent though, someone at the front desk helped us out quickly with something needed. The location was about a 10 minute walk to the train station and quite a walk to some of the attractions to see.

Pleasant atmosphere.
