Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is near many tourist spots. U could just walk there. No need to take transportation.

Very expensive! Lots of taxes and service charges I wasn’t expecting.

Good Hotel overall, I was upgraded to the loft which I did not like. I don’t like going upstairs. Otherwise good hotel bar nice restaurants on the ocean.

The hotel is great, but do not stay on the first floor, that’s where they keep all of their supplies, which they leave in the hallways. This includes everything for the cleaning staff, which results in them leaving trash from rooms in the hallway, making the whole floor smell of trash. The carts are sometimes stored across from each other in one of the halls you have to pass to get to your room and you will have to squeeze sideways through them to get by. I’m not talking about them storing the carts there temporarily while cleaning a room, I’m referring to them generally being stored on the floor at all times.

Håndvasken på badeværelset var stoppet. Vi bad dem i receptionen om de ville fixe det og det ville de selvfølgelig …… de gjorde det bare ikke. Det beklagede vi os over ved checkud. De kompenserede så øjeblikkelig med en gang gratis morgenmad til os begge 👍

This is not a 4 Star Hotel or even Close The service is deplorable, rooms funky, door lock in my room not functioning and no AC during a heatwave. Escalation tot he front desk, concierge, Division Manager and GM resulted in no action. There is a massive support structure in the middle of the room that you have to navigate around I was given a fan because the AC did not work properly The maid left my door unclosed and unlocked inviting a theft Emails to the front desk and concierge produce an automated response saying they will get back to you Check in lines are long and are tedious The front desk is under staffed They even post a note in the elevator about how difficult and time consuming it is to check out The last night they gave me a room upgrade that was a better room but it was too little too late - the AC still would cool the room below 73 F, the room smelt musty (like the hallway) and the carpets in the hallways are filthy Avoid this place at all costs

Fint hotell med historia. Vi valde rum med utsikt, vilket vi uppskattade. Härlig frukost med allt man kunde önska sig. Dock knepigt med både ljuset (allt ljus släcktes när man släckte en lampa) och usb-urtagen, som inte fungerade.

It was an amazing stay from start to finish. Room size was very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was right at the water front and within walking distance to all attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant breakfast buffet was great. The swimming pool is nice. Uber is very accessible from everywhere. I would love to stay here again.

Rommene er store og velholdte. Spesielt gode er sengene og sengetøyet. Beliggenheten er fortreffelig med nærhet til Nyhavn, operaen, Amalienborg slott og sentrum.

Perfect location. Professional and helpful staff. Comfy bed and linens. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Great experience!

iPad check-in kiosks in lobby did not work. Had heating trays stored between brick arches on the floor where I was staying. That ruined the aesthetic

We recently stayed at the Admiral Hotel in Copenhagen and found it to be a mixed experience. The biggest positive is the location. The hotel sits right on the waterfront and is within easy walking distance of many of Copenhagen's most popular attractions, including Nyhavn, Amalienborg Palace, the Marble Church, the Copenhagen Opera House, and the Royal Danish Playhouse. It made sightseeing very convenient and allowed us to explore much of the city on foot. In addition, the room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a major city bike race weekend. Due to road closures and heavy crowds, our taxi was unable to get anywhere near the hotel and dropped us off roughly two miles away. We then had to drag four suitcases, two of them very large, through busy city streets to reach the property. This was certainly not the hotel's fault, but it had a significant impact on our arrival experience and overall stay. Service was inconsistent. We wanted recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, but the concierge was unavailable. We waited over 20 minutes and no one came out to assist us. For a hotel of this caliber, that was disappointing. We also ate at the grill on the patio and found it to be extremely expensive. A burger, Coke, and cappuccino cost over $60 USD, which was hard to justify even by Copenhagen standards. Overall, the Admiral Hotel offers an excellent location and a beautiful waterfront setting.

I’d give the hotel 6 stars if I could. Loved everything about our stay. Helpful staff, great amenities, excellent food, central location. Planning to stay here again next time we are in Copenhagen.
