本來入住的房間沒有浴缸，跟旅館人員溝通過特殊需求後，立刻換了一間房間。設施有一點年紀了，但大抵沒遇到啥狀況。入住跟退房都非常迅速！

Good location, nice food in restaurant, near river,good view

My stay at Merritt Copenhagen was pleasant. Lora from Front desk team provided comfort and the level of service.

The gym is super nice, great river view and the room is comfort and big

Excellent location, very nice views. Staff extremely helpful and skilled. Breakfast room very small, air condition not working properly and very limited space outside. Also à la carte eggs would be great. However: Highly recommend this hotel.

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones y personal muy amable. Solicité 2 habitaciones con 2 camas pero 1 de las que me asignaron olía mucho a humedad por una alfombra mojada y al solicitar el cambio no tenían la habitación que yo solicité y me asignaron una con cama king size y una roll away bed muy incómoda y dura. Un verdadero desastre en las mañanas para bajar por los elevadores, los 3 días que estuvimos hospedados tuvimos que bajar por las escaleras de emergencia, en las tardes al regresar no había tanto problema, de 4 elevadores había solo 3 funcionando. Cuenta con un muy bonito muelle sobre el canal que es utilizado para asolearse y nadar. Le doy 4 estrellas por los inconvenientes que tuvimos con la habitación y el problema de los elevadores.

Check in was a bit difficult as both bell men decided to take their break together leaving no one to assist with luggage. We needed help but none was available. Front desk staff was helpful. Room was very nice. Clean, spacious. Kettle and coffee and tea for making. Several days water was provided but not everyday. Paid for a club lounge room. Mixed reviews about it. All self serve. Buffet style. Typical breakfast everyday. Always the same. Soft drinks and coffee available all day. Good variety. Hors d’oevres okay. Not much taste. Wine and beer good. Same offerings on a three day rotation. Not sure it is worth the money.

Largely a disappointing stay. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I would choose to stay at a more local boutique hotel in Copenhagen next time. This trip was planned several months out with a family of five and two rooms reserved. Email was sent several months ago asking for rooms to be close together. When we arrived at 2 PM I was told the rooms would be close to each other but we could not check in till 4 PM. At 4 PM they put us in separate rooms on several floors apart. The lady was very nonchalant and told me there was nothing she could do until I raised hell and asked to speak to the manager. They then corrected their mistake. The elevators are a complete nightmare. You can spend up to 10 to 15 minutes, waiting to go up or down during peak times. Interior is very well kept and clean with beautiful views. The breakfast itself was very good Not a horrible hotel, but the only reason I stayed here is because we are Marriott Bonvoy members, but my advice to those going for future trips is to stay at a local boutique hotel because I do not think they really care about their customers at this particular Marriott

Excelente ubicación

The location is the best part of the property- it is not well maintained. Our room was not properly cleaned - the shower has mold, gum was behind the chair and the wallpaper was smeared with something. The elevators were also very slow in the morning with an average wait time of 15 minutes or more. The staff also seemed overwhelmed at the cafe with service very slow and tables rarely cleaned.

Vi havde en fantastisk tid på dette hotel. Det har en dejlig beliggenhed ved vandkanten og er meget centralt i forhold til byen. Værelserne er meget komfortable med fremragende rengøring hver dag. Pænt og rent. Morgenmaden var vidunderlig med et godt udvalg af mad og også omeletter lavet på bestilling. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold.

Spacious room, ideal location for transit (bus, train and walking).

Stort och fint rum. Kändes rent och snyggt när vi kom. Dag 1 fick vi dock ringa och säga till om städning efter att ha varit borta från rummet i 6 tim! Personalen i receptionen och i restaurangen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten bra, men kladdiga redskap till framförallt ostbrickorna! Endast 1 kaffemaskin i själva frukostmatsalen, vilket gjorde att det blev kö. Vackert läge vid vattnet, men lite tråkig omgivning med mest banker och kontor dvs inte så mycket människor i rörelse. Dock endast ca 10 min promenad till Tivoli, Centralstationen och Rådhusplatsen.

Great staff, large elegant rooms, and a super-convenient. This Marriott is right on a waterfront and only a half mile to Tivoli and the main Copenhagen train station. The concierge people were very helpful. The breakfast buffet is a bit expensive but quite extensive and worth every penny.

The hotel was right on the waterway. My husband enjoyed a dip in the ocean from the swimming platform right outside the hotel. It is a stop for the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, making it easy to site see. Shopping, walking, biking and swimming are all available in close proximity. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly.

This is a wonderful Mariott with large comfortable rooms, a fantastic waterside location, and all sorts of conveniences. The biggest one being the waterside bar. We wanted to relax every night at that outside bar as it was the highlight of a very nice hotel. But there's some negatives. They don't have enough staff - check in took twenty minutes and as far as I could tell this was constant - there was always a line. The concierge was there sporadically so it wasn't super easy to ask questions either. Also, partway through the trip the outside bar was closed for a private event. I paid full price for the hotel and I find it frustrating to miss out on the best thing the hotel offers. Finally, the elevator rush in the morning is real. Some people were waiting 10+ minutes to get a non-full elevator. This could be fixed by allowing a non-emergency exit stairway access but I didn't see that.
