The bar, restaurant and cleaning staff was excellent, the bar staff ensured I learned about some of the local things to do while Efi at breakfast was friendly and welcoming and to the the cleaning staff - Sandra always made sure my room was immaculate. Thank you and see you again next time I am in Copenhagen.

Amazing location, very comfortable bed, and service is extremely good as the staff is polite, professional & helpful. Also hotel has an amazing lobby with nice view. Only thing is that the condition can be better as the building is quite old, still well maintained though.

The hotel room has a good view of the canal, windows were clean, bedding was comfortable and a spacious room for three. It is near central station and everything. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Good hotel. Nice restaurant and bar areas. Breakfast was decent the scrambled eggs to runny and the bacon way under cooked. But lots of variety to pick from. Room was decent. Smaller than a normal double bed room. But good size for Europe. Good bathroom and shower. Our bathroom sink had a leak so other than it was useable. We just wrapped tissue around the bottom to keep water from getting everywhere. Nice gym and sauna I’d stay again

2 of us but only 1 gown & 1 pairs of slippers were provided. Dirty cups were left in the room without ever being cleaned, 3 days! Linen trolley left in front of our room most of the stay! Restaurant staff refused to let us sit in the boot seats and breakfast table we wish to sit on! Restaurant was half empty! Breakfast for last day were not packed for early morning departure as requested (very poor service) A friendly smile was hard to find with service staff!
