The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me.

They had painters painting the wall immediately outside my door during my stay, which brought in dangerous fumes inside the apartment while myself, my wife and infant were in. We were inhaling VOCs and ultimately had to stay at a different hotel during part of the time we paid to stay here.

Das ist eine hervorragend Alternative zu den Hotels in Kopenhagen. Das Appartement ist sehr zentrumsnah, fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Rathausplatz. Alles war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Empfehlenswert!

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The apartment is well situated, walkable and well equipped. There is a grocery store within a five minute walk, and most of the major attractions are within a 15 minute walk radius. In addition, the hotel staff are wonderful! They promptly answered my emails and were happy to accommodate a special request. This is our second time staying here, and I look forward to a many more. It's a perfect hotel if you are spending time pre/post cruise. It's a short walk to the main train station which makes it accessible to both the port and the airport. Great job, and thanks for all of your help with this trip!

Apartamento bem localizado, self check In fácil e rápido (não tem porteiro), elevador do edifício normalmente não funciona mas foi explicado claramente como dirigir a outra entrada. Cozinha equipada com fogão de indução, cafeteira nespresso, forno, lava louça, frigobar. Banho com espaço amplo e boa ducha. Ficamos em 3 adultos, quarto com cama de casal confortável e sala com sofá cama que daria para 2 pessoas tranquilamente. Self checkout fácil e comunicação com locador por e-mail sempre com informações uteis

Very convenient to tourist spots. Quiet neighborhood. Large rooms, kitchen is well stocked of plates and flatware. Refrigerator froze vegetables and ice built up at the back of the refrigerator.

El departamento estaba muy limpio, y confortable, el inconveniete que yo encontre fue el que estaba danado el ascensor y que hacen falta para comodidad del usuario instrucciones escritas en el departamento.

Wir waren als große Familie in diesem Apartment und auf den Bildern, sah diese sehr ordentlich aus. Als wir dort ankamen, haben wir festgestellt, dass diese sehr abgewohnt war und dass Geräte wie Abzugshaube oder Spülmaschine in einem sehr schlechten Zustand waren. Kann nur empfehlen, dass die Reinigungskräfte bessere Reinigungsmittel sowie eine Einweisung in der Reinigung der Geräte erhalten. Sonst ist die Lage super und eine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen und trocknen, befand sich auf der darüberliegenden Etage.

Apartment was very warm

Well appointed. Near numerous rental car agencies. Walkable to many sites and transport.

However small the bath area is a shower curtain is a must. This bathroom had none. Thus everytime anyone showered the WHOLE bathroom was wet. The wooden floor creaked and window blinds rattled all night long. All utensils including cups and glasses (as we checked in) smelt of eggs! The bed room door was a loose fit thus if shut it (which is the most important purpose of a door) then with wind it rattled like a train track.

The communication was outstanding. The property was in a great location! Easy to walk where we needed to go and lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We were six and the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. Still highly recommend it!!

Really nice hotel. Check in was easy, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and best of all, an excellent location. Highly recommend- good value for the price.

Super fin lejlighed, meget centralt placeret. Godt udstyret. Rigtig god kommunikation før, under og efter opholdet. Kan klart anbefales.

Liked the place but we did have an issue with the shower who can impact our overall satisfaction. I also would have stayed closer to the canal area. This was a little out of the way.

Location was great!

The apt suited our needs for a family of 4. Apt was about 10-15 mins from central train station. Grocery store was near. Comfortable beds. Quiet. A few quirks: -the shower was clogged/did not drain well so water pooled and overflowed into bathroom floor. Contacted the hotel but did not hear back from them about this. - washer and dryer units are different from ones in guidebook. They must be new- need new instructions. But it was great to have access to these. Thanks! - only one tiny garbage can in whole apt. I contacted hotel about this and they just said they didn’t know how many garbage cans are in unit. We were only there for 2 nights, but we had to empty trash and recycling multiple times due to no place to keep trash in unit. The door to the courtyard to empty trash locked me out of building and code did not work to re-enter. I had to call my family to let me back in. I contacted hotel about this but they said the original code should work and asked me if i tried it. … Overall our stay went fine.

Good location/ clean / spacious / modern

All good in the overall just a recommendation to have a hard copy manual inside the premises to ease the guest in terms of Wifi , surrounding area, garbage etc. Overall happy with everything else

The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected. There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax. Overall a well located apartment for a great city break. Everything within walking distance and a Netto just around the corner.
