The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected.
There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax.
Overall a well located apartment for a great city break. Everything within walking distance and a Netto just around the corner.

It was exactly what I expected. I had an Apple TV which meant I needed an Apple ID to use the additional apps. I don't have one so was only able to use Netflix. Not a major issue as I wasn't there to watch TV however it would have been better if I had the option.

Dejlig central placering lige i midten af København. Stor og rummelig lejlighed på 75 m2, med toilet og toilet/badeværelse. Godt når man har 2 piger med.
Opvasker, køleskab samt kaffemaskine (som trænger til afkalkning :-)) Men SUPER.
Bestemt ikke sidste gang vi kommer her - nemt at komme ind når man følger mailen man får tilsendt. Der er ingen reception, men det behøves heller ikke,

All good in the overall just a recommendation to have a hard copy manual inside the premises to ease the guest in terms of Wifi , surrounding area, garbage etc. Overall happy with everything else

Dejlig centralt og roligt sted trods placering. køkkenet er veludstyret, selvom det ikke er stort, og man kan fint lave mad. Lejlighed 5 er rummelig og med gode senge. Lidt slidtage på bord og sofa, men ellers pænt og ordentligt.

Fin lille lejlighed. Check-in var meget nem og der har været fin dialog op til omkring parkering som også var nemt. Beliggenheden er suveræn hvis man skal være turist i København.
Vi var 4 afsted og manglede lagen til sovesofaen. Det var lidt ærgerligt. Sengen var meget blød og sovesofaen ligger man ikke ret godt på. Køkkenet var lille og fint og badeværelset stort og lækkert. Vi kunne godt finde på at bruge det igen, men så håber vi de har husket lagener til alle.

The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier.
However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor.
Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me.

Passer fint til 6 personer, dog kunne der godt bruges andet end køkken stole at sidde på, samt en knagerække i entré til overtøj.

The apartment met our family needs well. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was fantastic, the kitchen was stocked well enough and the location was close enough to the major sites and the metro.
A few extra things in the kitchen such as sugar would have been helpful but overall, it was just what we needed for our trip.

Great location, close to the train station. Even though the apartment is in the city, it's very quiet. Very easy to access with the door codes and good communication from the hotel. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a good stay in Copenhagen.

There was no place to put anything (toiletries) in the bathroom. No instructions to use the stove. the elevator will only let one person and one luggage fit at a time. Lots of construction out front of the building. It is in a central location near all the tourist things you might be interested. No able to figure out how to use the TV. If you just need a place to sleep, it will work. Probably will pick a different location next time.
