Excelente…Muy recomendado.

This place is so lovely. The staff is top notch. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I will say you need to get reservations for the restaurants ahead of time bc otherwise you’ll have to eat at the buffet. (Which is amazing too). The daily events are so fun! Make sure to ask for a calendar of events! We are already planning a return visit!

Food was ok the restaurants cooked only well done steaks the French restaurant at a family friendly resort would not let kids eat there stupid french people

Beverages could be better.

Todo estuvo bastante bien. El trato excelente. El lugar bien limpio y tranquilo. Las comidas no eran muy buena en cuestion de sabor, pero si tenian bastante variedad. Lo único que si voy a criticar es la manera que nos trataron de llevar a la charla del paquete de vacaciones, nos ofrecieron regalos y nada de información cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta de lo que era le dijimos que NO queriamos perder el tiempo en eso y entendieron. Pero es un buen lugar para estar relajados y tranquilos. Un poco de ruido en la habitación de al lado al parecer estaba en remodelacion o algo porqué varias veces se escucha movimientos de muebles y cosas así. El area especializado en cafe fue excelente.

Some staff made you feel unwelcome and a nuisance. Requested dinner reservations as soon as I checked in. Concierge was unable to get any reservations, but did not notify me until almost 24hrs later. My scheduled airport pick-up did not show and the staff was very hands off and not willing to help. The service was Talixo/WB. One bell boy finally offered to get me a taxi to the airport. I would not go back.

En mi opinión deberían tener más accesible la comida para los que estén en la piscina y las personas no tengan que ir a ponerse ropa y secarse, para entrar a comer. Lo demás todo estuvo excelente.

Todo excelente y un servicio de prima desde que llegas.

La propiedad muy bon

La propiedad está limpia, con un personal agradable, en la mejor disposición para cualquier necesidad. Lo recomiendo si de descanso se trata, buena comida en un ambiente familiar.

Great place only thing is that resort have a lot of local which some is not going some is racists.

I like that there were several activities each night. The entertainment most nights was good. Most staff was not friendly nor helpful, some were quite rude.

Muy buen hotel, las personas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar y el equipo de entrenamiento muy pendiente de que la pases bien.

This was a nice property. The grounds were nicely manicured and the pools with night lights gave an extra atmosphere that I enjoyed. The room we had was large with an extra large balcony that overlooked the gorgeous pools.
