Everything about this property is amazing. The staff, the food, and the overall experience was 10/10. I would definitely come back!

We really loved this resort, this was our first time traveling to the DR and we were not to sure but the staff were super friendly and attentive, there was so much to do and it wasn’t loud at all. Property was very well upkeeped and our rooms were cleaned every single day.

Fair warning they will try to sell you a travel membership by telling you to attend a welcome breakfast. I’m familiar with cruising so when I was told to attend a welcome breakfast I didn’t think anything of it.

It was a beautiful place and the staff there are amazing.

Amazing stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the private beach, which contributed to feeling safe. Excellent choices for dining options, would recommend more supervision on replenishing empty food trays when popular dishes ran out in buffet.

Loved the pools and layout of the property. Easy check in and plenty of restaurants. The only drawbacks was the A/C never cooled below 26 degrees Celsius (78 degrees Fahrenheit) and the food was a 6 out of 10 for me. I think they focus more on selection than quality.

Food was excellent- well prepared and good variety. We loved the specialty restaurants. Would have liked evening shows earlier. 9:30 was too late for us. The biggest draw back was the lack of shade. All umbrellas were reserved by 6:00 am which was crazy! Obviously the resort knows about this problem but has done nothing to fix it.

I traveled with my two daughters and we had a decent time together at this resort. The room was very outdated, except for the shower which was the best part of the room. The lock on the balcony door was not safe at all and anyone could have come into our room through that door. Dining options were good but the food was not great. However, there was a confusion when we were told which restaurants were included with our reservation so we missed out on a few that were all-inclusive. Pity… Also, there was zero chances of us making a reservation at their a la carte restaurants. Everyday, starting early morning every one of them was full. The beach was clean and with enough chaise lounges. The pool was well maintained as well. Drinks were not great since everything was pre-made and came from a box/bag/dispenser. Not what I expected from a resort in Punta Cana. During my previous stay at a different resort, the glasses were decorated with fruit and some of the drinks were made with real fruit and blended while you waited. OBSB needs to up their game! Staff members were friendly and full of energy. The staff at the spa were beyond amazing! My daughters and I loved our appointments there <3 Overall we had a great time but this resort won’t be my vacation choice next time we visit the Dominican Republic since we are used to a different type of accommodations when we travel internationally.

All was really good and excellent. Only 1 thing that was not good was the staff members of the premium lounge. They try to endulge you to join and buy their membership. When you cross question them, they behave very badly and on rejecting their offer they became very rude specially MR. CAMILO

Overall it was a good experience, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The food was good, fresh daily fruits, property well maintained plus beach and night festivities are on point. Staff very friendly and courteous
