An Unforgettable Experience at Royalton Bávaro, Punta Cana
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with top-tier hospitality. We want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Adonys, who guided us throughout our entire stay and consistently made sure we enjoyed the very best the resort had to offer. His dedication and professionalism truly elevated our experience.
Thanks to Jeffry, we had the opportunity to meet the amazing Primer team, which we are now proud to be part of. We also met Luisa and Peter, two incredibly kind and professional individuals who made every moment even more special.
One of the highlights of our trip was the spectacular beach dinner, where we were graciously served by Lauterio, whose customer service was outstanding. At the beach bar, Alexis and Jordany always greeted us with warmth and excellent service.
We must give a very special mention to Ramona, our housekeeper, who took care of our room (11408) with such dedication. Without her, we probably wouldn’t have had such restful nights — she truly made us feel at home.
The food was delicious at every restaurant, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the overall service was first-class.
Honestly, we rarely return to the same hotel — but this time, we would gladly make an exception for the wonderful people we met here.
Adonys deserves a 100/100. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We will be back!

Hoy desde que hemos vuelto a casa ya no aguantamos de comentar lo malo que estuvo este resort para nosotros. Teníamos mucha expectativa con este resort ya que en años anteriores hemos visitado al Royalton Punta Cana, en el cual tuvimos una experiencia agradable. Pero este (Royalton Bávaro) está muy mal mantenida. Nos dieron una habitación que está casi todo dañada, la puerta del baño no se cierra (la puerta se abría sola porque el seguro no funciona), la nevera estaba torcida y la puerta de la gaveta también está torcida, algo que nos pareció super incómodo y chistoso. Además, el agarre de mano para abrir el balcón está literalmente roto. No nos pusieron tapas en el jabón de baño. Con respecto a la comida, estuvo malísimo, la langosta estaba ya dañada y en general había mucho plato que nos pareció muy salado. En resumen nunca hemos estado en un resort de tan mal calidad. Espero que tomen en cuenta las críticas (sugerencias) y que mejoren para el bien de su futuro

We stayed at Royalton and had a mixed experience. The property itself is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are a nice size. However, our room had a strong moldy smell that didn’t go away.
The lazy river was a highlight of our trip! We did end up having to purchase floats from the gift shop (very expensive). Unfortunately, the staff at the pier gift shop were quite rude and unhelpful, which left a bad impression. This was after one of the $45 floats broke on day one.
We opted for the Diamond Club thinking it would be a worthwhile upgrade, but it really didn’t live up to the advertising. One of the main reasons we chose it was for the premium liquor at the pool bar, but most of the time the bars claimed they were out of it. Plus, we discovered that you could get the same premium liquor at other bars on the property that are open to all guests.
The best part of the Diamond Club was definitely the separate breakfast area where we didn’t have to wait in long lines for things like omelettes. I’m not sure that was worth the upgrade though.
We will not be returning to this property.

Concierge Adoni was great. He continued to check up on me during my stay. The resort was nice. Sad the swim up bar closed at 6, felt like that was pretty early. Other than that I was happy

The hotel is beautiful and lots of activities for the kids. It’s a little confusing at first with the reservations of the restaurants . They seem short staffed. Only downside was the service for everything was really slow. Angela was our only help to be able to make reservations.

Modern, elegant, comfortable rooms, friendly attentive staff, accesible beach with plenty of chaises and palapas for shade, food and drinks are good and always available. During our stay Estalin was specially helpful making sure we had everything we needed and also securing reservations for a-la-carte dining experiences.
