the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed.
the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good

Nice average hotel, staff is great and room view on the waterfall is amazing! Except that I wasn’t able to enjoy the view given rooms are so close to each others and workers kept working in the area, so wasn’t able to have privacy without closing curtains! Rooms are not clean from inside, got some insects 🐜 and there were no AC so smell noisy

La propiedad es muy bonita tiene muchos servicios lo que más me encantó fue el servicio de vapor y también sauna saliendo de ahí hay una piscina de agua fría y el shock térmico es increíble también está bonita la piscina de afuera y la vista es muy bella muy recomendable el restaurante cafetería no es muy bueno pero el restaurante donde sirven la comida y el desayuno son geniales

Llegamos, caía una lluvia muy fuerte y no tenían paraguas, tuvimos que correr hasta nuestra cabaña en medio de la lluvia. En la mañana no podíamos dormir por perros de huéspedes. El servicio del personal una parte es bueno, otra parte es pésimo.
