Beautiful place

The "Cabanas Luxury Matrimonial" were bare basic. No ventilation, no AC, no fan, windows open but don't have screens to keep bus out. No chairs to sit, 2 towels, 2 hangers, 1 bottle of water, nothing else. The price was very reasonable though. The 2 jacuzzies were not hot. One was lukewarm and the other was cold. There were plenty of spa options available.

Facilities were outstanding and staff very friendly and helpful. I love the convenience of being close to the Termas.

Shower didn't work properly, breakfast was poor, room was very small and had nasty smell, the area around the hotel was good

The staff was very kind, food was excellent, they even let me use the parking lot after i check out.

Really enjoyed our time here, we had a cabin and it was perfect for our family of four, all the amenities were great. My husband and I used to come here when we were kids it was an amazing experience to bring our children with us. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast was great. The spa therapies were amazing. The location is unbeatable, but whether I didn’t enjoy the most is the super friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely come back.

The cabaña was spacious and clean with two king-sized beds, perfect for the family. The service was excellent and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the amenities nice, although hours were reduced for cleaning.
