阿斯旺巴斯玛酒店

酒店洗手间淋浴不能使用，花费一个小时修理，换了新龙头，在精疲力尽的旅程中，令人更加憔悴。

酒店丢了我的订单，用了一个多小时办理入住！不仅如此，因为酒店超卖，把我分配到一个老旧脏差的所谓河景房，坚决要求换了房！位置属于阿斯旺偏远的地方，远离中心。

1.位置偏遠，離市區有距離，走到市區要半小時2.房建設備老舊，年久失修3.服務人員態度尚佳，接待有禮4.早餐種類少，選擇不多但可以吃飽，沒有四星飯店的品質，整體來說，不推薦，台幣兩千多的價位，可以有更好的選擇

我們訂了兩間客房, 提出要求希望能安排到相鄰的客房, 但被櫃台忽視, 完全不打算幫我們確認, 最後直接給我們兩個房間, 只說都在同樓層很靠近沒關係. 客房樓層的大廳燈壞掉了, 閃爍到第三天才修好, 讓大家眼睛非常不舒服. 早餐的麵包選項豐富. 房間乾淨, 但LED床頭燈一個是壞的, 一個是閃爍的.

飯店整體較老舊，服務人員態度不太友善，遇事推卸責任，無法為顧客解決問題 房間沒有WIFI，很不方便，有浴缸但有點髒

Buen hotel, moderno limpio, cómodo y con buen desayuno. Tiene nota alta en comparación con el resto

All staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Clean room with complimentary fruit. Hotel was close to old town and overall an excellent stay

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereit Personal

This is a very nice hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed me to check in quite early. My room had a huge balcony and a great view of the city and the river. Special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Reham, who made transportation arrangements, gave me tips for walking around the city, and treated me like a king. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was fresh and clean also delicious

This hotel was one of the best we stayed at in Egypt, would 100% return and stay. Staff was so lovely, breakfast and meals were perfect. Thank you so much for the hospitality Basma hotel!

Good location. Great breakfast

Originally we were assigned a room that was below the category we had booked, but the next day were moved to a better one. Except for the terrace the room and the common areas were clean. The breakfast buffet offered great variety and the restaurant, both the buffet and the a la carte was reasonable. Special thanks to Reham who made us feel welcome and at home.

For the money you pay you expect a cleaner and better hotel. Our room was spacious with good beds, but it wasn't clean. Especially the floor was dirty... also in the corridor, next to our door, was waste on the floor. The breakfast was ok. Bad price-quality ratio.

Me costó mucho trabajo encontrar una buena opción de hotel en Aswan. En general considero que es un hotel viejo, pero las habitaciones están muy bien, más modernizadas y eso si, limpias. El desayuno está muy limitado pero está bueno. Para tomar el crucero es una buena opción si solo quieres descansar antes de tomarlo o después.

Séjour très bien !!! MAIS !!! Attention, il y avait un mariage au sein de l’hôtel et la fête était TRÈS bruyante !!!!!! Si vous souhaitez dormir paisiblement, il se peut que vous soyez déçu…

Hôtel très correct pour l’Egypte, pas très modern mais à peu près propre et confortable. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Très belle piscine, dommage qu’elle ne soit pas chauffée. Restaurant correct, personnel sympathique et serviable.

I didn’t have high hopes for this hotel based on the reviews so overall I wasn’t surprised or disappointed. We ended up staying here because our first choice was sold out. The breakfast buffet was really bad… the worst of our entire trip to Egypt. Our room was dated and we ended up with two twin beds. There is not a lot of food in the area when we asked the hotels for recommendations they said they only recommended this TGI Fridays rip off called makinis which was sub par but better than the hotel dinner buffet we had the day before. The prices for beer are good but other than that just be prepared for a dated hotel.
