very bad service because I pay in hotel and they refuse to give me receipt, while Hotels.com told me Capital hotel have to give me the receipt, very strange and bad service!! also the room is very noise to sleep well!

It’s a good and affordable place to stay, traditional breakfast and amazing people The mattress is a little bit to hard but for a few hours and days we could survive.

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal! Toa/duschavloppet behövde rensas, blev översvämning i badrummet, men vi fick hjälp av personalen. Bra frukost, supertrevlig frukostpersonal.

Staffs are super helpful and friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggages at the hotel while we went to Luxor for 3 days. The hotel is very nice and clean.

Excellent

The hotel was hard to find and located in a very sketchy location. When I finally found the hotel, there was a sign saying the hotel was located on the next floor. We walked to the floor that it’s located on and there’s a sign saying that they were closed for renovations. The person who worked there barely acknowledged me and continued smoking his cigarette as I explained that I had a reservation. He then gets on the phone and doesn’t tell me what’s going on. Once he hung up, he told me he was sending us to another hotel. He had a teenager walk us to another hotel which was down the street in an equally sketchy location. We ended up checking out in the middle of the night. Very horrible experience.

Very nice hotel with professional staff. Quiet place to rest and rooms are large with high ceilings and comfortable beds

Old but comfy

Das Hotel ist sehr schön die Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Grosse Spiegel im Zimmer fand ich super.

Booked Cairo capital 2days before I arrived in Cairo,evening before the hotel messaged me to inform me about the shuttle service they supply from the airport On arriving at the hotel it was immediately obvious that I wouldn’t be staying there The whole hotel is being refurbished,it’s closed,it’s having a complete refurbishment Why this Is still on Expedia is baffling Stayed somewhere else

I had booked a 3-night stay for my whole family (6 people) at Cairo Capital Hotel. Upon arrival, we found out that the hotel was under renovation. Fortunately, the management took care of everything and transferred us to Tahrir Plaza Suites. It turned out to be a great experience: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, perfect for a large family like ours. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Marcellino and Doua for their professionalism and warm hospitality. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to downtown and many attractions in Cairo. Overall, despite the unexpected start, our stay turned out to be very positive and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and customer care.

Posizione molto comoda, ingresso del palazzo da rivedere per presenza di persone che chiedono elemosina e sembra poco sicuro. Staff dell’hotel gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci hanno aiutati nella prenotazione di uber e dei ristoranti. Anche per la colazione ci sono venuti incontro per la scelta di cibo dolce. La camera era molto pulita. Il letto un po’ troppo duro e il bagno bisognerebbe restaurarlo (il lavandino è molto piccolo). Hotel di un grande potenziale

Workers in the hotel tried to scam me for simple water bottles. They were so persistent that I book tours with them only and it was not pleasant to be asked that as many times as I got asked. The room was super tiny and not the room I asked for at all. Next time I will not be coming to this hotel.

Buena estancia

Hotel centralissimo.. le stanze abbastanza grandi e pulite per gli standard del cairo. Abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa pur avendo acquistato una stanza grande con finestre ci è stato detto che la stanza era in manutenzione e che ci avrebbero dato per una notte una stanza senza finestre.. stanza sporchissima, rumore proveniente dalla stanza accanto in cui stavano facendo delle manutenzioni (demolizione pareti) e senza nessuna finestra non ci si riusciva a girare da quanto era piccola la stanza, sporchissima.. abbiamo reclamato e improvvisamente la nostra stanza acquistata era magicamente libera..

Es un hotel sencillo pero llevado con buena mano y buen gusto.
