The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious. However, Cairo's horns blared loudly even at dawn.

1인실 이용했습니다. 짐이 많으신분이나 덩치가 크신분들에게는 불편할수 있는 호텔입니다. 방이나 화장실 등이 좁습니다. 청소는 잘 해서 기자에서 경험했던 모기나 불결함은 없었습니다.

Buon hotel in zona Downtown, molto comoda per visitare la città. Zona rumorosa ed camera poco insonorizzata (come penso tutte al cairo). Colazione abbondante anche se quasi completamente salata.

Staff were extremely responsive and courteous; I was very impressed.

When we first got there, after a long day of flying and very tired, we paid for our deluxe double room which we booked with expedia. Only to be told after paying that they only had a 2 single bed room with no windows. Very poor. It seemed they might have overbooked. We were told that we could have the room we actually booked on our second night. I asked forva refund as the deluxe was $20 american extra per night. They could not give me a answer that night. We eventually received the money after lots of going back and forward on our second day. The female manager was helpful and very appologetic. Breakfast is not good. They cook it for you and the only edible things were the bread and egg. Dont get them to do your washing. It came back damp and not clean. The dirt on our socks My white pants and a couple of my husbands shirts .while wsiting for our pick up upon checking out. We watched 3 people checking in asked by their managment that they did not have rooms for them and that they could send them to their sister hotel. Once again negligence on their booking system. We would never recommend this hotel. Not worth the money.

早期予約をしてたので少し心配でしたが、無事宿泊できました。スタッフの方々はとても親切で部屋は抜群に綺麗でした。ホテルの入口はわかりにくいですが2階に受付があります。入口からは想像できないほど部屋は素敵でした。

It’s a good and affordable place to stay, traditional breakfast and amazing people The mattress is a little bit to hard but for a few hours and days we could survive.

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal! Toa/duschavloppet behövde rensas, blev översvämning i badrummet, men vi fick hjälp av personalen. Bra frukost, supertrevlig frukostpersonal.

Staffs are super helpful and friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggages at the hotel while we went to Luxor for 3 days. The hotel is very nice and clean.

Excellent

The hotel was hard to find and located in a very sketchy location. When I finally found the hotel, there was a sign saying the hotel was located on the next floor. We walked to the floor that it’s located on and there’s a sign saying that they were closed for renovations. The person who worked there barely acknowledged me and continued smoking his cigarette as I explained that I had a reservation. He then gets on the phone and doesn’t tell me what’s going on. Once he hung up, he told me he was sending us to another hotel. He had a teenager walk us to another hotel which was down the street in an equally sketchy location. We ended up checking out in the middle of the night. Very horrible experience.

Very nice hotel with professional staff. Quiet place to rest and rooms are large with high ceilings and comfortable beds

Das Hotel ist sehr schön die Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Grosse Spiegel im Zimmer fand ich super.

Booked Cairo capital 2days before I arrived in Cairo,evening before the hotel messaged me to inform me about the shuttle service they supply from the airport On arriving at the hotel it was immediately obvious that I wouldn’t be staying there The whole hotel is being refurbished,it’s closed,it’s having a complete refurbishment Why this Is still on Expedia is baffling Stayed somewhere else

I had booked a 3-night stay for my whole family (6 people) at Cairo Capital Hotel. Upon arrival, we found out that the hotel was under renovation. Fortunately, the management took care of everything and transferred us to Tahrir Plaza Suites. It turned out to be a great experience: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, perfect for a large family like ours. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Marcellino and Doua for their professionalism and warm hospitality. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to downtown and many attractions in Cairo. Overall, despite the unexpected start, our stay turned out to be very positive and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and customer care.
