飯店在埃及來說非5星級的飯店算是非常乾淨甚至超越他們的乾淨度，但熱水有時會沒有或是只有微溫，可以找櫃檯開別間房洗洗看，這點就很扣分，房間裡都有吹風機床邊也有插頭，還有座位區！空間上算很大行李箱都可以全開，我們吃過他的晚餐12美金使用不少有機蔬菜，菜都很甜很優質，但主菜雞肉就超乾！算是很可以的一餐畢竟埃及的餐廳口味都偏重，要吃到一堆菜很困難！但是隔天早餐就普普，有的東西都要開口要才會拿給你，像是優格跟麵包等，第二天的早餐又更敷衍，所以有想要的東西就要開口問！因為位置在西岸距離碼頭需要走一段路，拉行李箱最好是搭車過去才不會拖行李拖到想死，西岸比起東岸更令人放鬆，雖然早餐跟熱水不是令人感到特別滿意但還是會選擇此間！

Zimmer super..sehr freundliches Personal..tolles Hotel in der Bauweise..wird auch noch gebaut..ab und zu bissi laut dadurch..Frühstück ausreichend. Lage sehr gut .5 min fussweg zur öffentlichen Fähre..kostet sehr kleines Geld..kurze Anfahrt zu Sehenswürdigkeiten..ein kleines kleinod ..sehr liebevoll gestaltet

Nous avons passé un bon séjour le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable, les chambres sont agréables, seulement je ne recommande pas du tout le taxi qui est appelé par l’hôtel qui n’est vraiment pas fiable et de confiance.

This hotel is a total oasis within the very basic surrounding area. It matches the online photos, definitely has lots of visual wow factor. We were grateful for the simple daily breakfast supplied, wouldn't know where to find anything otherwise. The pool is the star of this hotel, we loved venturing out morning and evening to explore Luxor and returning in-between to enjoy the pool for a few hours during the heat of the day. Only negatives, would of really appreciated if they had the air conditioning running in our room prior to our arrival. The room was beyond hot, the walls and floors radiated heat, so difficult to sleep. Woke in the middle of night to air con off, turns out Luxor has powercuts often. It took about 12 hours for the room to become a comfortable temperature! Also note wifi was very limited.

I loved this property and wish I could have stayed in Luxor for longer - I only stayed there for two days. The hotel is tiktok and instagram friendly so good for making travel content if that's what you are after. Hotel staff was friendly and helped me arrange my trip to banana island and the hotel airballoon ride. Staff was always down to help whenever needed and would highly recommend this hotel if its fits your budget.

This hotel was stunning. And the staff were lovely. The man who served our dinner each night was so friendly & helpful. A little slice of paradise.

Todella hieno löytö Luxorin länsirannalla, kävelymatkan päässä Niilin yli kulkevasta lautasta, jolla on helppo siirtyä kaupungin vilinään. Hotellilta erinomainen pääsy Länsirannan kohteisiin, kuten Kuninkaiden laaksoon. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Ruoka loistavaa sekä aamiaisella että ravintolassa. Huoneet mukavia ja hiljaisia. Nukuimme ihan poikkeuksellisen hyvin. Plussana hotellin yhteydessä oleva jooga-/ meditointisali, joka on vapaasti hotellivieraiden käytettävissä. Tulisin uudelleen.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Embrace Hotel, we stayed there last year. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again if we come back to Luxor, Egypt again.

Les points positifs : En arrivant on remarque que l'hôtel est neuf et charmant; le personnel souriant. On nous explique également que l'eau est chauffée avec des panneaux solaires. Nous découvrons un superbe jardin : tout commençait bien. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et tout le personnel très gentil. Le rooftop est agréable pour admirer le coucher du soleil ou même les montgolfières au lever du soleil. L'hôtel est placé dans une rue calme et proche des sites de la rive ouest. Les points négatifs : le matelas que nous avions était mediocre; impossible de dormir tellement qu'il était dur et creusé. Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre après la première nuit. Dans la nouvelle chambre les lits étaient mieux mais nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. La wifi est très limitée dans les parties communes et ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres ; dommage nous avons été globalement déçu des équipements de cet hotel.

Great place and great service, everything was perfect

This is a very stylish place to stay. Staff was very welcoming. I was underwhelmed by the food in Egypt, but really enjoyed eating here. Pool was nice. Grounds of the hotel are relaxing. There are some cute and friendly cats around. I slept great here. It was honestly the perfectly place to rest and recharge after being exhausted on my Nile Cruise.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel, because of the staff. Our concierge was absolutely unhelpful and instead was constantly trying to scam us. He refused to even tell us how far the ferry was which we found out later was only a 7min walk from the hotel. He did not give me directions to a restaurant I wanted to go to but instead tried to sell some homestyle place and when I wasn't buying it he still didn't give us the directions. The wifi was conveniently not working so we weren't able to look things up. This was when we were really tired from our Nile cruise and just wanted to get a meal and plan out our evening. He also tried to convince us that we needed to take expensive taxi to the East bank instead of the ferry that I knew was close by... he also told us that it was $80 per person to go to the Valley of the Queens which we ended up doing by ourselves by just hiring a driver and car. What was the worst part is that he started talking to my friend while she was sitting by herself in the courtyard, and when I joined he asked me 'Whats happening with the situation in India?' and I said there is no 'situation' in India. So he says so what I am reading on the internet is false and I said yes, it is fake news. This seemed to make him angry. I genuinely was trying to inform him of all the development and peace work taking place in India and he suddenly changed the topic and then walked away. I felt quit unsafe at this point and that anyone could harm me anytime.

El hotel es cómodo.

Hôtel acceptable mais dans un quartier pauvre et avec beaucoup d’animaux. Donc beaucoup de bruits d’animaux en permanence. Sinon j’ai aimer que l’hôtel soit style égyptien, c’est très beau et particulier. Nourriture acceptable, propreté acceptable. Louxor n’a pas été ma ville préféré car très pauvre et sale.

The staff here were kind and helpful, but the hotel is nothing to write home about. Wifi is basically non-existant. The breakfast wasn't very good, stuff was constantly out, we watched one of the kids working there sneeze all over the food, and we found a hair in our food. The pool is absolutely disgusting and unswimmable. Overall it was a typical stay in Luxor, good staff, the building looks nice, all the locals around are friendly, but the hotel is just passable as okay.
