We had an unforgettable experience thanks to the amazing team that made our trip to Egypt truly special!
The Pyramid Front Hotel was a perfect stay — clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location with a breathtaking view of the pyramids. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel at home from day one.
A special thank you to Hassan, who is not only a phenomenal masseur but also a kind soul with healing hands and a wealth of knowledge. His energy and professionalism added so much to our experience.
Our time in Alexandria was brought to life by the incredible Professor Hassan, our tour lead, whose storytelling, humor, and depth of historical knowledge were second to none. We learned so much and had such fun doing it.
We’re also incredibly grateful to Mohamed and Lamiah, the masterminds behind our itinerary. They seamlessly coordinated our multiple tours with care and efficiency. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their passion for sharing the beauty of Egypt was felt throughout.
An Unforgettable Stay with an Unbeatable View.
We spent 7 nights at this hotel, and overall, our stay was excellent. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Pyramids—so close it felt surreal. Sitting at the rooftop restaurant, enjoying a delicious meal while gazing at one of the world's wonders, was a moment we won’t forget.
The rooftop restaurant was very nice, open until 2 am, which made for some lovely late-night dinners. The food throughout our stay was great, and breakfast (included in our rate) always had something for everyone, no matter your taste.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was top-notch—the room was spotless every time we asked, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.
However, there were two downsides. Our room, with a Pyramids view, also faced the main road, and the traffic noise at night was almost unbearable. We really think the hotel should consider installing better soundproof windows on that side.
The second issue was a bit more personal and uncomfortable. While we’re used to tipping generously for good service, one male staff member at reception asked us directly for money “to support his son’s education.” We believe in tipping for service, but being asked for money during a casual conversation felt inappropriate and a little overwhelming, especially in a professional setting.Despite these issues, the overall experience was memorable, and the proximity to the Pyramids made it truly special.
