Wonderful Stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo!
My stay at the Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was immediately impressed by the elegant and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view over Cairo was a lovely bonus. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and I appreciated the attention to detail.
The hotel’s amenities were outstanding. The pool area was a relaxing oasis in the middle of the bustling city, and the on-site restaurants served delicious food with plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a great variety of dishes and fresh ingredients.
Location-wise, Pyramisa Suites was perfect for exploring Cairo, with many key attractions and shopping areas nearby. The concierge team was also super helpful, giving excellent tips on where to go and arranging transportation with ease.
Overall, I highly recommend Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay in Cairo. I’ll definitely be returning!

This is a dirty hotel with thief staff stealing from customers! The sheet is dirty which I asked the reception to change it for me, so they said they will send someone to change it. However it has never been done.
The room was corrupted, the wall conner the bath room is so dated and nothing in good condition. The breakfast is also the worst among all the hotels I stayed in Cairo.
The best part is the staff steal 1000 USD from my wallet! 10 notes of 100 dollar bill. The thief did not take all the money, he/she replaced 10 bills out of 20 bills with self pre-printed fake 100 dollar bills. And leave half of the real money bill on the top of the fake money.
So you won’t be able to notice it instantly, and when you do notice it, it is already too late because you are out of the country already.
Please let everyone know that do not choose this hotel. Take this advice and you will stay away from the dirts and bad experiences!

交通很方便。 酒店包早餐, 質素可以接, 其他餐廳食物質素都很好, 晚上會有人唱歌有點噪。 酒店游泳池很細可以不理, 健身房設備都很齊。 房都算清潔, 沖涼水力度夠, 夠熱, 床都算可以。整體ok。 治安ok。

L'aspetto peggiore sono state le feste che tutte le sere si tenevano nell'albergo, anche fino alle 4 di notte, e che si sentivano distintamente in camera. La camera in cui ho alloggiato è stata rinnovata recentemente ma nessuno si è preoccupato di pulire ad esempio gli schizzi di pittura.
Posso assicurare che chi puliva aveva i capelli neri e corti :), anche se non l'ho visto/a. Struttura con alcune parti rinnovate ed altre datate. Personale gentile

Oda yenilenmisti ancak temiz degildi tekrar temizlik istedik.Lavabonun gideri tikaliydi ici su doldu.
Sonrasinda sabah 4 e kadar alt katimizdaki balo salonundan muzik yayini vardi. Uyarmamiza rağmen yonetim hicbir sekilde mudahele etmedi.
Uyuyamadigimiz, rahat edemedigimiz bir otele Misirin en yuksek fiyatini odedik.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Our room was good. It’s not as big as our room in Pyramisa in Luxor. But we are right by a quiet side of the hotel so we did sleep well not to hear much about the traffic. The breakfast was okey. The check out was so quick better than when we check in. It’s about 35 minutes from Cairo airport. We paid 700 each way Egyptian pounds. They have a swimming pool but we didn’t get the chance to use it.

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de Dokki, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Y a des restauration et supermarché accessible facilement à pieds. En revanche, l’accueil à la réception manque de chaleur et pourrait être amélioré. Le point le plus désagréable reste le contrôle systématique des achats à chaque retour à l’hôtel : une procédure inutile, chronophage et surtout irrespectueuse pour les clients.
Côté restauration, le petit déjeuner est sympathique et le manager du service fait la différence par son professionnalisme. En revanche, l’organisation du service café/thé laisse à désirer : il m’a fallu attendre la fin de mon repas pour enfin être servi, ce qui gâche un peu l’expérience.
La chambre, quant à elle, est confortable et agréable, rien à redire de ce côté-là.

Hotel muito bom, com ótimo café da manhã, instalações boas, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Internet boa. Precisa de alguma revitalização por desgaste de revestimentos. Tem boa estrutura de restaurantes e um ótimo bar. À noite teve um ótimo show com uma cantora, gratuito.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I’ve never seen anything like this before as it was very unorganized. I also had my expensive shoes lost and when I called to ask about it they said they couldn’t find it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it gets renovated.
