Comfy bed, friendly staff, great location!

Nice room and friendly staff

we booked this hotel because we wanted to be closed to Royal Albert Hall to attend a concert. We paid a above average rate for this booking. Hotel itself was fine. Breakfast arrangement was hopeless. I am mindful about space but still this arrangement should have been lot better than what I have seen in 2 star budget hotel. Sorry utterly dissappointed.

The room was clean and the staff were very hospitable.

Nice room, friendly staff and convenient location!

Lovely comfortable Town House stay for two nights. Room was well equipped and immaculately clean. Only issue is that they automatically charge a service charge on room rate which is the first time I have encountered this in London. It is discretionary but I stay most weeks, on business and feel the high costs of room rates should not have another charge on top. So beware

Offer a less expensive b’fast option …ie cold bfast

Clean and modern rooms

Hotel located in a historic building in South Kensington, a beautiful area a stone's throw from the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum, well served by public transport and very convenient for reaching both the airport and the city centre. It offers spacious rooms with large, very comfortable bathrooms. Great attention to detail and very friendly staff. However, the soundproofing is not great.

This is a wonderful hotel close to museums and Royal Albert Hall. Staff were great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back again.

What’s called a boutique hotel. The room was well appointed but a king sized bed made a small room even smaller. Breakfast was disappointing- we had to beg for extra bacon and the choice was extremely limited. It is convenient for the Albert Hall and the museums but I don’t think we’ll stay there again

Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have ever slept with. Large shower with great pressure. Overall an excellent stay.

High quality hotel close to Museums and Albert Hall. Beautiful building and comfortable room with excellent shower. Breakfast was first class. Service was beyond reproach.

We showed up well before check-in time just to drop off our luggage, but they were able to put us in our room at that time, which was awesome. Only real complaint was that the bathroom smelled like it had been freshly used, but it was fine after letting it air out for a bit, there was an open bottle of drinking water in the bathroom, and we had no actual drinking water in the room. But the hotel smelled good, was in very good condition amd had a prime, posh location.

We had a fantastic stay at 54 Queen’s Gate. The hotel is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff were so warm and welcoming — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was elegant and spotless, with a crib already set up for our young son, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great for our whole family, and the location is perfect — close to the gardens, museums, and great dining options. We would definitely stay here again!
