The hotel is opposite the Natural History Museum and under 10 mins walk from the Royal Albert Hall. We were warmly welcomed at the door, and our room was ready. The hall and stairs were beautifully decorated.
The room was clean and nicely decorated with a lovely shower room. The shower was good, and nice toiletries. All the staff we met were very friendly and polite.
The room had a coffee maker as well as a kettle.
Our room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet.
We didn't have breakfast as we needed to leave early.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Super hotel in best London area. Kensington/Chelsea is where the embassies are. Close to Hyde Park and tube station. Room very quiet. We booked upgraded deluxe room and it was perfect. Very large and spacious. This hotel is unpretentious and maybe lacks some of the bling of others but it’s more quiet and roomy. More like having your own private flat. We would be happy to stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is a boutique hotel and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. We loved our room - very comfortable bed, great a/c (which was important because it was very hot), nice bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel in a convenient South Kensington location. The rooms are large and well-appointed, with air conditioning and a walk-in shower, both of which can be hard to find at an affordable price in London. The beds are very comfortable.
The staff is warmly helpful and will pour you a drink no matter how late you return at night. They encourage you to think of the hotel as your home, and to ask for anything you need.
I highly recommend 54 Queen's Gate and would happily return.

Absolutely loved our short stay in this beautiful hotel. Quirky and boutique, it is perfectly located for anybody wanting to visit the South Kensington area which of course includes the wonderful museums and the Royal Albert Hall which is only 10 minutes walk away. A warm welcome, immaculately clean spacious and really comfortable room, super bathroom with a great shower and lovely large soft fluffy towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were very welcome, air conditioning which was also much appreciated and a smashing breakfast all contributed to make this a really super stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and its lovely staff.

The hotel is a five minute walk from Gloucester Road Tube and close to Kensington Palace and the Albert Hall. There are shops and restaurants within ten minutes walk. The room interior was very clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, the shower was super powerful and hot, the towels were large, but the room would benefit from having a makeup mirror. The reception and bar areas were elegantly decorated and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only minor quibbles - our room was on the ground floor between the reception/bar and the dining area. We stayed on Friday and Saturday nights and it was quite noisy from early in the morning. And we had a small balcony which would have been lovely, had it not been covered by pigeon guano which was quite unpleasant. But, on the whole we had a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again.
